Teachers' competence plays an important role in improving students' growth and education quality.Based on competency theory,psychological capital theory and social exchange theory,393 teachers were selected as the research object and interview method was used as supplement.It reveals the current situation of teachers' competence and organizational support in compulsory education and the influence of organizational support on Teachers' competence.The results show that:(1)the organizational support of compulsory education teachers is in the lower middle level,among which the level of work support and value recognition is higher,and the level of interest concern is lower.There are significant differences in teaching age,professional title,teaching stage and teaching school position.Specifically,the sense of organizational support of compulsory education teachers shows a trend of "high at both ends and low in the middle" in terms of teaching age and professional titles;the interest concern level of primary school teachers is higher than that of junior high school teachers;the work support level of urban and rural teachers is higher than that of county teachers.(2)The competency of compulsory education teachers is in the upper middle level,and their subordinate dimensions focus on students and professional literacy level is higher.Personal characteristics,interpersonal communication,information literacy and professional preferences need to be improved.The competency of compulsory education teachers has significant differences in age,teaching age,teaching stage and whether to be a head teacher.Specifically,the vocational preference of compulsory education teachers shows a trend of "high at both ends and low in the middle" in terms of age and teaching age;the information literacy and vocational preference level of primary school teachers are higher than that of junior middle school teachers;the personal characteristics,attention to students and vocational preference level of head teachers are higher than those of teachers who are not in charge of head teachers.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between teachers' organizational support and teachers' competence,and teachers' organizational support can significantly affect teachers' competence.Specifically speaking,the overall sense of organizational support,work support,interest concern and value identity can significantly positively predict teachers' competence,among which work support and value identity can significantly positively predict teachers' personal characteristics,students,professional quality,interpersonal communication,information quality and professional preference,and interest concern can significantly positively predict teachers' personal characteristics and occupation Preference.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward to improve the sense of organizational support and competence of teachers: to increase the work support for teachers,to attach importance to the personal value of teachers,to really care about the personal interests of teachers,to adopt flexible management style according to age and teaching age,to improve the teacher training program according to the school segment and discipline,and to establish assessment standards according to the level of teachers.
