In recent years,with the development of urbanization,the number of migrant workers in China has risen sharply,and the floating population has also increased significantly,and new features of mobile phenomena have emerged:more and more migrant children have come to live in their parents' workplace.As the mobile children are foreign population,the inflow of the circle of contacts is particularly narrow,generally only from the same place or relatives of children playing,lack of sufficient opportunities for interaction,and the flow of parents is not high education,lack of adequate parenting Experience,so the flow of children's parent-child relationship alienated,less interaction between peers and a series of interpersonal problems on the follow.In the face of complex and diverse social environment,good interpersonal ability is a positive quality characteristic when dealing with interpersonal relationship.It is of great practical and theoretical significance to improve the interpersonal communication ability in the process of integrating migrant children into society.This paper is a practical study on the interpersonal problems of migrant children involved in social work.It mainly studies the parent-child relationship problems and peer-to-peer communication problems in the interpersonal problems of migrant children.This study is based on the family visit project,using field research,in-depth interviews and other qualitative research methods to collect information.This paper analyzes the ten home visits from the perspective of ecosystem theory,and analyzes the present situation and causes of parent-child relationship problems and peer-to-peer communication problems in urban migrant children.Through regular weekly cases,Parents' activities use social support theory to help migrant children build social support networks to enable migrant children to get support from families,peers,community residents and members of society.To build a social support network to protect the mobile children's interpersonal power,and through communication and interaction,to promote its growth,to enhance the value of self.This paper draws the following conclusions:The parent-child relationship of migrant children is susceptible to the influence of the family environment.The educational level of the children of migrant children and the concept of parenting affect the parent-child relationship and interpersonal communication ability of migrant children.The development of a good impact;good parent-child relationship and peer communication is conducive to improving the mobility of children's interpersonal skills.
