At present,teachers have become high-risk groups of job burnout,job burnout has become an "invisible killer" attacking teacher's physical and mental health,and became the largest occupational hazard in the 21 st century.Currently,the research of teachers 'burnout in the northwest minority areas is limited.So it is necessary to analyze and explore the status quo and influencing factors of teachers' job burnout in the northwest minority areas.Due to the harsh natural environment,traffic inconvenience,backward economic and cultural development as well as other related reasons in northwest ethnic areas,teachers are more likely to produce job burnout living in this context.In this study,20 junior middle school teachers in D County of Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture,Gansu Province,were selected as the research object.According to the theory of teachers' career stage,the teachers are divided into novice teachers,skilled teachers and expert teachers,and analyzes the status quo of job burnout of each type of teachers through interviews.The formation of teachers' job burnout in the northwest minority areas is influenced by many factors.The author draw lessons from the case of cultural ecology model of Ogbu to explain the job burnout of junior middle school teachers in the northwest minority areas by using the school education ecology theory.The study consists of five parts.The first part introduces the background of the problem,the current research status at home and abroad,and the theoretical and practical significance of the research.The second part is the research design.Firstly,the related concepts are defined.Secondly,the reasons for the selection of the survey sites and the data collection methods of this study are introduced.The third part is based on the theory of teacher career stage,the teachers are divided into novice teachers,skilled teachers and expert teachers,and analysis of each type of teachers ' job burnout status quo by selecting a teacher in each type of teachers.The fourth part is based on the theory of school education ecosystem,from the school outside the social ecosystem and the school internal social and ecological systems to explain the D county junior middle school teacher burnout reasons.The fifth part introduces the conclusions and the shortcomings of this study.
