With the changes of the Times,education is also going through a brand-new transformation.The traditional "teacher-centered" teaching mode is gradually changing to the "student-centered" new education mode.Many students have long received traditional education methods,but the learning effect is not obvious.However,the new education methods,which begin with the reversal of the classroom,can let students' education not be limited to the classroom,with the horizontal growth of time and space,the content of their education is also selective,and according to their own needs to choose.The practice teaching is the main part of the yoga course in the Physical Education specialized colleges,and the inverted class has been introduced into the Yoga class of the physical education specialized colleges as an effective teaching mode of the integration of information technology and the course,it not only meets the external demand of teaching reform of Yoga course,but also responds the internal pursuit of teaching practice for core quality and deep learning.Based on the teaching model and its components,and through teaching experiments,this paper demonstrates the effect of the introduction,and finally puts forward the value,existing problems and suggestions of the introduction of the overturned class into the teaching of Yoga Course in physical education colleges and universities,it provides a new way of thinking for the reform of classroom teaching mode of Yoga Course in physical education colleges in our country.In this paper,the use of literature,questionnaire survey,experimental methods and other research methods.Through the experimental method,a 12-week teaching experiment was carried out,in which two classes of Jilin University of Physical Education and Harvard University of sports and health technology(2017)were used as the experimental objects,using the same teacher,the same teaching progress,the same teaching content but different teaching methods,namely,traditional teaching methods and flipped classroom teaching methods,Yoga Teaching was carried out.By comparing the yoga skills,physical training attitude,physical fitness level and teaching evaluation of the two classes,it is concluded that under the reversal classroom teaching mode,the students' physical quality level,Yoga skill level,physical training attitude and teaching evaluation are significantly improved.
