With the development of Internet informationization,education informationization is also concerned.Nowadays,flipped classroom teaching mode has become a hot spot in the process of teaching reform.It conforms to the openness of college teaching and innovates the traditional teaching mode to promote the teaching reform process in colleges and universities.In recent years,the country has paid more and more attention to college physical education and put forward new requirements for the reform of college physical education curriculum.However,the emergence of flipped classroom has created a possibility to improve the quality of college physical education.Therefore,this study carries out experimental research on flipped classroom teaching mode in cheerleading teaching in colleges and universities,analyzes the effect of flipped classroom teaching mode on cheerleading teaching and puts forward Suggestions,so as to better promote the development of higher physical education reform in China.This study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,experiment,expert interview and mathematical statistics,and draws on the advantages of traditional classroom stability and controllability.Through the in-depth exploration of flipped classroom teaching mode by means of literature materials,it is found that flipped classroom teaching mode has achieved certain teaching effects in other theoretical disciplines,but there are few researches in the field of sports.This study makes an empirical study on the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in cheerleading teaching.Two classes are selected for eight-week teaching experiment.One is the experimental class and the other is the control class.Feedback in the form of questionnaire about the interest in learning cheerleading,independent learning ability and teamwork ability;Cheerleading skills and theoretical test results of the examination,the results of the two classes of students comparative analysis.The results show that :there is no significant difference between the experimental class taught by flipped classroom teaching mode and the control class taught by traditional teaching mode in terms of students' special physical fitness.Through questionnaire feedback,flipped classroom teaching model can improve students' learninginterest,independent learning ability and teamwork ability compared with traditional classroom teaching model.Students in the experimental class who adopt flipped classroom teaching mode have significantly higher academic and professional performance of cheerleading than those in the control group.It indicates that flipped classroom teaching model is feasible in the teaching of cheerleading in colleges and universities.
