Research On The Cultivation Of Ice And Snow Professionals In Colleges And Universities In Zhangjiakou

In 2018,the winter Olympics officially entered Beijing time,and Zhangjiakou city,as the main skiing competition area,entered the critical period of preparing for the winter Olympics.The hosting of the winter Olympics is a national event,which provides a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the economic and social development of Zhangjiakou.It also provides a good opportunity for Zhangjiakou's undergraduate universities.Based on regional economic and social development,the paper study to Zhangjiakou Z college as an example,through the methods of questionnaire,interview,to Zhangjiakou local colleges and universities should be direction of snow and ice status quo of training comprehensive investigation,and analysis in the diagnosis of the existing problems and shortcomings,and put forward countermeasures to the snow and ice direction talent training and effective advice.The investigation found that in the talent training of colleges and universities in snow and ice direction,there are some problems,such as the talent training program in snow and ice direction is completely dependent on the major of physical education,the curriculum setting is not conducive to the talent training of snow and ice,the curriculum opening method lacks effective participation of enterprises,and the teaching staff lacks compound talents.Based on the investigation of regional economic and social development and talent demand of industrial enterprises,and aiming at the current situation of talent training in snow and ice direction of local colleges and universities in Zhangjiakou,this paper puts forward that the talent training target of snow and ice direction of colleges and universities in Zhangjiakou should be defined firstly.Secondly,based on the demand of local economic and social development for talents and the employment needs of students,the classified cultivation of talents in the direction of snow and ice was carried out.Thirdly,it is necessary to learn effective Suggestions from enterprises in the snow and ice industry for the reasonable development and setting of courses in the snow and ice direction.Fourth,carry out innovat ive ice and snow specialty teaching.Finally,improve the construction of snow and ice teachers.The 2022 winter Olympics promoted the development of ice and snow sports.Local colleges as an important port of ice and snow of applied talents,the ice and snow talent cultivation must be combined with the characteristics of the local regional economic development,in terms of services,society for the purpose of the Olympic Games,the premise of social demand oriented,relying on the market for rational positioning,integration,production and education,according to the actual needs of regional economic development as a whole,global culture snow applied talents with ice and snow sports knowledge.The training of snow and ice talents in colleges and universities is a process of sustainable development.It is necessary to actively serve the needs of winter Olympics and the overall situation of regional economic and social development,better connect the training of snow and ice talents with the development strategy of building winter Olympics city in Zhangjiakou,and cultivate high-quality and highly skilled snow and ice application-oriented talents for regional economic and social development.
