A Study Of School Peer Bullying In Primary School

School peer bullying is a problem worthy of attention.This study studied the issue from four aspects in the S elementary school case,First,basic theoretical research,Including research significance,research status,concepts,roles and types of school peer bullying.Second,research on the status quo of school peer bullying at S elementary schools.Questionnaire data analysis results show that peer bullying is common in S elementary schools,mainly in terms of bullying and school bullying;most bullies are boys,and third-and fifth-grade peer bullying is relatively serious;most bullies are from divorced families.In single-parent families,the family members of bullies and bullies are generally not well-connected;students respond positively to bullying at school peers;teachers have unclear understanding of the content of peer bullying on campus and believe that peer bullying at school campuses is not serious.Third,research on influencing factors.Personal factors include personal physical and psychological characteristics;family factors include family integrity,parenting style and atmosphere;school factors include school system and management,education and publicity,attitude and treatment;social factors include social atmosphere and laws and regulations.Fourth.research on prevention and control measures.Individuals should establish correct values and self-awareness;manage negative emotions and correctly handle conflicts.At the family level,we must pay attention to the status of students and maintain communication with all parties;we must give full play to the function of family education and create a harmonious family atmosphere.At the school level,it is necessary to strengthen school management,formulate a prevention and control system,attach importance to school education,and publicize relevant knowledge about campus peer bullying;optimize the teaching team and establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship.The government should improve the legal system;strengthen media supervision and establish a film and television rating system.
