Under the promotion of the reform of basic education,Lushan senior high school,which is taught by the author,is moving towards the goal of building an efficient classroom,summarizing a set of the teaching mode of "exhibition,exploration and practice" suitable for the situation of the school,and carrying out the implementation in the whole school.During the implementation for 7 years,the teaching quality of the school has improved a lot,and a large number of students have been sent out.However,for a developing school,it is necessary to reflect and improve its teaching mode in time to keep pace with the times and cultivate the talents needed by time.Therefore,combined with the requirements of the times for the cultivation of students,this paper investigates whether the teaching mode of "exhibition,exploration and practice" reflects the latest educational concept,whether it develops the quality of students,what problems exist in it,and how to solve them.This is the main problem of this paper.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,interview and experiment.Through the literature review,the research of the teaching mode of "exhibition,exploration and practice" at home and abroad are combed.It is found that the research on the teaching mode of "exhibition,exploration and practice" in the biological teaching has certain theoretical significance for the enrichment and improvement of the teaching mode and biological teaching theory,as well as for the improvement of the teaching quality of the school,the breakthrough of teachers' ability and the development of students' core literacy great practical significance.After the research direction is determined,the teaching mode of "exhibition,exploration and practice" is summarized from five aspects: theoretical basis,teaching objectives,experiment procedures,implementation principles and teaching evaluation.Then in the aspect of its practice,combined with pedagogy,psychology and the possible problems,a questionnaire is compiled by the author.The questionnaire survey is carried on some students and all biology teachers in the school.The author observes the biology classroom of other teachers,and understood the situation of application in the teaching mode of "exhibition,exploration and practice".It can be found that it has some advantages: it embodies the main position of students,increases the students' interest in learning biology,promotes the all-round development of students,and improves the teaching quality of the school.However,there are also some shortcomings: The concept of teachers needs to be improved.The students' biological science literacy needs to be improved.The effect of cooperation groups is not obvious.The evaluation mechanism is too single.In view of the shortcomings,the author puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies from four aspects: the teacher level,the student level,the group cooperation level and the evaluation level.In order to test the effectiveness of the strategy,the author selects two parallel classes,carrying out the experiment for two months.After the experiment,students' scores,autonomous learning ability and interview results are analyzed by the author.It is seen that the performance gap between the two classes has widened,students' autonomy in the experimental class has improved significantly after the experiment.Besides,the improvement strategy has been recognized by the interview students.In conclusion,it verifies the improvement scheme feasible.Therefore,we can integrate the improvement strategies into the teaching mode of "exhibition,exploration and practice" in order to cover the shortage of the mode and make it better to serve the classroom teaching.
