In September 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the opinion on the implementation of the excellent teacher training program 2.0(teacher [2018]13),which proposed to strengthen the basic teaching skills and teaching skills training and assessment of normal school students.To improve the quality of teacher training,we must start from the development of the professional quality of teachers' students.The development and reform of PE education specialty as the cradle of training PE teachers will directly affect the professional quality of PE teachers.In order to strengthen the basic teaching skills and teaching skills of students majoring in physical education,various teaching modes and teaching methods have been put forward one after another,which constitutes a variety of teaching modes.Is one of them."Speak" refers to a teacher speaking knowledge,principles,key points,difficulties.Students' skills after knowledge integration.Practice means that a teacher guides the students to practice and strengthen.Technical learning and technical guidance skills of students.Student performance,competition,teaching and other presentation skills;" evaluation " refers to a teacher in the classroom to create a multi-evaluation atmosphere.Students are able to identify and evaluate their peers' ability to speak,evaluate and innovate.The teaching mode of "teaching and evaluation" is to develop students' ability of self-learning,knowledge integration,technology integration,innovative thinking and education and teaching ability,so that the students of physical education major can better meet the requirements of the post of PE teacher.By applying the teaching mode of "teaching and training exhibition evaluation ",the teaching experiment of the first class 18 students and the second class 18 students of Hubei normal University in grade 2019 was carried out for 4 weeks and 16 hours,which aims to stimulate students' interest and self-confidence in hurdle learning,enhance students' participation in sports,improve students' teaching basic skills and teaching skills(including teaching ability,teaching organization ability,technical guidance and demonstration ability,evaluation ability),so as to popularize the model in track and field teaching and even in sports education specialty teaching.Application.The results show that:(1)Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in the students' interest in hurdle learning between the two groups,but after the experiment,the students' interest in hurdle learning was significantly higher than that in the control group.Combining with the advantages of traditional teaching,highlighting the subjectivity of the students in the classroom,emphasizing the need for students to carry out the teaching of "lecture,practice,exhibition and evaluation" has stimulated the enthusiasm and initiative of the students.(2)Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences in self-confidence scores between the experimental group and the control group.Students in the experimental group continued to "talk and evaluate" the practice,the more skilled the skills,the better the performance,the more self-confidence.(3)There were significant differences in technical assessment scores between the experimental and control groups.It can be seen that the students in the experimental group can master the principle and difficulty of starting to the first column,running between columns,hurdle step,running cross-combination and so on,and further internalize the technical action in the heart when explaining and evaluating the peers.(4)After the experiment,the two groups of students were significantly different in the scores of "explanation ability "," error correction ability"," demonstration ability" and "evaluation ability ",and the scores of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The concept and goal of the teaching mode of "teaching practice exhibition evaluation" is to cultivate the students' teaching ability of "teaching practice exhibition evaluation ".The structure and steps of the teaching procedure are mainly reflected in the teachers' positive guidance to the students in all aspects of teaching,starting with " guiding explanation " and ending with " mutual evaluation reflection ",so that every student can have the opportunity to carry out the exercises of "speaking practice exhibition evaluation ",so that all the students can get it To develop,the organization and implementation process should firmly grasp the "pre-class trial talk,group exercises,display points,evaluation and reflection" link,promote the development of students' language expression and logical thinking,but also improves students' ability to correct mistakes,reasonable demonstration,summary and evaluation of all aspects of the ability.
