Since the release of the Salamanca declaration in 1994,the concept of integrated education has been widely implemented around the world.As one of the countries that signed the declaration,China has actively implemented the concept of integrated education and adopted the form of integrated education in class.In the field of higher education for people with disabilities,more and more visually impaired students have the opportunity to study in ordinary colleges and universities,meet ordinary college students,study and live with them.Under the fusion education perspective,visually impaired students with ordinary college students should not be treated differently,but because of past encounters the education different,visually impaired college students and ordinary university students in the use of the related facilities,information access,communication,etc.have trouble in the visually impaired college students attending colleges and universities,need to care more about visually impaired students,construction of barrier-free environment for visually impaired students in campus life.This paper use collaborative action research,through participatory observation and semi-structured interview visually impaired college students and their teachers and classmates,to understand the needs of visually impaired students barrier-free environment on campus,and through the design and implementation plan of action,students with visual impairment,gradually construct campus barrier-free environment,support for visually impaired college students into the campus environment.In participatory observations and semi-structured interviews,the researchers found that in the campus environment,the teaching environment,communication environment,and information acquisition environment had a major impact on the visually impaired students' life and learning on campus.In the teaching environment,visually impaired students lack the relevant blind learning equipment,lack of communication between teachers and students,and less physical education courses and activities.In the communication environment,the obstacles in the campus environment occur more because of lack of Volunteering,and volunteering needs to be routine,universal,and organized;in the context of information acquisition,information publishers lack the knowledge of "universal" ideas,and visually impaired students have difficulties in obtaining some information(such as picture information)research Researchers take cooperative action research,and use visually impaired students as their own cooperative action researcher to understand the ideas and suggestions of visually impaired students in the construction of campus accessible environment,discuss and formulate action plans,and implement the results.Reflect and guide the next phase of action research,aiming to build a friendly campus environment,provide convenience for students with visual impairment,and lay the foundation for a more comprehensive campus accessible environment in the future.
