| Party's 16 big,the party congress report puts forward the strategy of expanding employment,the eighteenth big report "to promote higher quality jobs",put forward in the report to party's 19 "employment is our country at present the biggest livelihood of the people","insist on employment priority strategy and the positive employment policy,achieve higher quality and more full employment".Therefore,the employment issue should not only pay attention to the "quantity" of employment,but also pay attention to the "quality" of employment.Born blind was part of the college students need to be attention to vulnerable groups,through a review of the literature,this study to employment quality and the visually impaired research from two aspects,based on the physiological characteristics of visually impaired students and their real needs,guided by the theory of social exclusion,in line with social work with the person this,help others,the values of empathy,directly affect the quality born blind employment based five indicators: employment difficulty level,employment stability,benefits,career development,work conditions,to do research.In this study,14 visually impaired students who have graduated from Shanghai S university were selected as the investigation objects by qualitative research method.The first-hand information was obtained through interviews.The factors affecting the employment quality of visually impaired students were mainly reflected in four aspects: some visually impaired students lacked excellent comprehensive employment ability and good employment mentality;The increasingly broad professional setting in colleges and universities contradicts the narrow employment scope of visually impaired graduates,and the teaching forms and employment guidance services in colleges and universities are still difficult to meet the needs of visually impaired students.The talent demand of employers is in conflict with the actual situation of visually impaired graduates.Due to the social stereotype and imperfect laws and regulations related to employment of the disabled,the quality of their employment has been adversely affected.In order to improve the current employment quality of visually impaired students,the author puts forward Suggestions from the society,employers,universities and visually impaired students.Colleges and universities should combine the learning characteristics,physiological characteristics and market demands of visually impaired students to set up specialties,and implement the training mode of combining integrated education with individualized teaching,so as to provide special employment guidance services for visually impaired students.Employers should improve the employment service security system;The society should eliminate prejudice and employment discrimination against visually impaired students and improve the relevant laws and regulations. |
