Our country is now entering an era of pursuing high-quality economic development and high-speed digital development.In this context,new employment forms are the reflection of new economic forms in the new era in the employment field.With the continuous development of information technology,new employment forms are gradually emerging.Huge potential and obvious advantages in promoting employment.Promoting the development of efficient employment forms has become the top priority.Therefore,based on the specific forms and national conditions of our country today,this thesis analyzes and evaluates the employment quality and influencing factors of employees under the new employment form in my country and has very important theory and practice.significance.This paper summarizes and defines the latent variables such as self-fulfillment,job freedom,perception of labor remuneration,social support,and employment satisfaction,and then constructs a conceptual model of the influencing factors of employment satisfaction,and puts forward relevant hypotheses.The model and the research to be investigated are mainly information to carry out the design of the questionnaire.It explores the reality of my country’s current population,that is,employment satisfaction under the new situation.Subsequently,this thesis uses quantitative research methods such as panel data regression model to analyze and evaluate the characteristics of the population sample,that is,the influencing factors and influencing mechanisms of employment satisfaction,aiming to explore the employment quality of employees under the new employment situation in my country and how to adjust the driving factors.To further improve the employment situation in our country.Through the research,it can be found that young and middle-aged male groups are mainly young and middle-aged men with a high level of education.At the same time,it can also be found that most of the survey respondents have a certain degree of understanding of the digital economy,and their overall evaluation of the current work and the development of Nanchang’s digital economy attitudes are also different.Mainly at the upper-middle level.At the same time,through multiple response analysis,the main channels of the current new economic employment model,the main factors affecting the construction of the digital economy in Nanchang,and the proportion of the main factors affecting the digital economy-related work were learned.Secondly,through the analysis of variance,it can be found that under different demographic characteristics(age,education level and monthly income),there are significant differences in the selection of the relationship between the overall evaluation of the current job and the attitude towards the development of the digital economy in Nanchang.In terms of age,young people aged 21-30 have the highest score,and those aged 41 and above have the worst score;in terms of education,it is mainly the postgraduate and above who have the highest score.Groups with high school education and below have the worst score;in the monthly income level,the score level of users mainly shows a trend of gradually increasing with the increase of income level.In addition,self-fulfillment,job freedom,perception of labor remuneration,social support and employment satisfaction all have a significant positive impact on employment satisfaction.At the same time,there is heterogeneity in the influence of each independent variable on employment satisfaction.Based on the existing problems,this thesis puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,such as focusing on key groups,strengthening the mechanism of diversified talents,and strengthening policy protection measures. |
