The Research On Teacher Team Construction Problem Of XNZ College

The competition among colleges and universities is actually the competition of talents.Talents are the most valuable resource in colleges and universities.Those who can attract,efficiently develop talents may stand out in the fierce competition.Therefore,the first priority of the development of colleges and universities is the management of teachers' human resources.In recent years,with the implementation of the enrollment expansion policy in XNZ College,the number of teachers,especially high-quality and highly skilled personnel,is far from meeting the needs of teaching.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of faculty construction in XNZ College.In view of teacher recruitment system,performance appraisal,salary incentive,training and reeducation,it will work out a feasible plan for faculty construction,which can introduce and train the faculty,excavate the potential of teachers,improve the comprehensive quality of teachers,improve the ability of scientific research,teaching and learning in the vocational and technical colleges.It will promote the better and faster development of the colleges and universities,combining the social development needs,and carrying out more excellent talents for the society.
