Educational discipline is a necessary means of education,reasonable educational discipline can not only ensure the orderly development of educational activities,but also promote students to reform and make better development in the future.With the change and development of modern teacher-student relationship,more and more emphasis has been placed on teachers' appreciation,care and understanding of students in educational activities.It ignores the most basic ethical value of both teachers and students as human beings ——Respect.Because of the characteristics of educational discipline,it often leads to the situation of teachers being superior and students being obedient,which makes teachers easily neglect to respect students.Therefore,it is very necessary to return the ethical value of respect to educational discipline.Based on this situation,this study will do an empirical research,to explore the status quo and influencing factors and to present the problems of teachers' respect for students in educational discipline.In view of the cause of the problem,put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.This study is based on Immanuel Kant's Deontology and Martin's relational ontology,conducted on 200 teachers from five junior secondary schools in Chifeng city.Through the questionnaire and with the way of interview survey.to carry out the investigation and research,From the three dimensions of attention,affirmation and proper behavior,this paper investigates the status quo of teachers' respect for students in educational discipline.From the three dimensions of external coercive influence factors,external non-coercive influence factors,and internal influence factors to investigate the influence factors of teachers' respect for students in educational discipline.After having a general understanding of the current situation and the influencing factors,the author makes a difference analysis of teachers with their different individual backgrounds.In order to have a more in-depth understanding of the status quo and the influencing factors.of teachers' respect for students.Through the investigation of the status quo and the influencing factors of teachers' respect for students in educational discipline,the problems of teachers' respect for students are obtained: Teachers do not have enough respect for students who make many mistakes and serious mistakes;Some teachers were concerned about students' academic and family background,the recognition respect was neglected;Some teachers' disciplinary actions were inappropriate and inconsiderate to students' feelings;Teachers are generally affected by external factors to a high degree;Under the influence of external coercive factors,the teacher in charge of a class is more passive;Teachers' willingness to respect students based on their own moral concepts is not strong.According to the problem of teachers respecting students in education disciplinary action,this study analyzes the causes of the problem: Teachers' professional ethics is not high,and their ability to respect students is limited;The existing educational punishment laws and regulations and the system are imperfect;Many kinds of mandatory factors superpose,suppress teacher's professional independent development;The communication between home and school is not smooth,and the public opinion misleads the education punishment;In the school,teacher's work task is heavy,the appraisal system is unitary.In view of the problems and reasons of teachers' respect for students in educational discipline,this study proposes strategies to promote teachers' respect for students: First,to enhance the professional ethics of teachers,including strengthening on-the-job training,improving the overall quality of teachers,teachers to enhance their professional ethics by themselves.Second,the construction of a sound system of education and discipline laws and regulations,including clear rules of teachers' disciplinary power,strengthen the implementation of education and discipline laws and regulations operability.Third,to promote the development of teachers' professional autonomy,including optimizing system design,endowing teachers with professional autonomy,and enhancing their professional autonomy awareness and ability.Fourth,actively mobilize the power of public opinion and parents,including guiding public opinion to play a positive force,to strengthen communication and cooperation between parents,teachers and schools.Fifth,the school reduces the teacher's work burden,improves the teacher appraisal system,including the optimized teacher work content,reduces the work burden,establishes the multiplex teacher appraisal system.
