The total number of single children between 15 and 30 years old in China is about 190 million.The annual mortality rate in this age group is four ten thousandths,so about76,000 families lose their lost only child each year.According to this statistics,China 's only child family has exceeded at least one million.With the increasing number of families who have lost their child,the number of Rebirth families has also increased.However,unlike a family that has lost its only child,a Rebirth family has become a one-child family again because of the birth(or adoption)of its children.This type of family is relatively hidden and difficult to discover,but due to the past experience of lost child family and the resulting age difference,there is a crisis in the family structure of the family who has lost the only child.In this case,Li 's family belongs to the family of re-breeding out of solitude.Due to a series of reasons,the problem of unbalanced family structure has occurred,so Li found the author and hoped to get help.The author uses an in-depth interview to understand Li's family objectively and meticulously,uses case studies to summarize the family's problems and discuss their causes,uses family structure theory and empowerment theory to provide theoretical support for intervention,and uses structural family therapy to deal with the case The existing mother-child entanglement of the host family,the adjustment of the alliance confrontation structure,the establishment of a regular triangle family structure,and promote the case family to establish a reasonable family and consolidation,so as to achieve the purpose of restoring the normal operation of the family.Through intervention,it can be found that the method of structural family therapy can be better applied to the problem of structural imbalance in families who have relapsed into the Rebirth family.The theory and method of "only adjust the family structure and not for the individual" can reduce the secondary harm to re-breeding families and solve the structural problems of such families.In the structured family therapy,the direct action to change the family structure instead of changing the concept of family members can largely avoid the conflicts caused by age differences and age concepts in the reproductive family of lost one,thereby increasing social work Efficiency of intervention.Through research,it can be found that the structured family treatment method has a prospective and practical significance for the escape of the retired family.
