Social Orphans Deviant Behavior Intervention To Correct Practice

Orphans are children or minors who have lost their parents,as well as children or minors who,although not dead or missing,are not in fact able to receive financial support and care.With the growing size of orphan groups in our country,the daily needs of orphans are not only in the survival and education level,but more inclined to psychological appeal.Once the psychological appeal of orphan children is not met in time,a series of biased behaviors will occur,leading to more and more problem orphans.If the problem orphans do not be treated in time and flow to society,it will cause greater social pressure.The author has served in the orphan school for many years,through the analysis of daily contact with some orphans learned that the method of treating the problem orphans can be used mostly from the experience in the past literature,but there are still some orphans learn from the past experience to cure fruitless.Social workers have learned from their analysis that this group of orphans,which is difficult to deal with,seems to have one thing in common: it has experienced serious family changes.The physical and mental vulnerability of such orphans is more sensitive and vulnerable than that of other orphans.The integrity of the family structure directly affects whether the young people can grow up healthily,whether there is a deviation behavior,and for this part of the orphans who have experienced major changes in the family,the deviation behavior is the problem that the life teachers who take care of orphans in the institution can not completely solve the problem.As a result,orphans in orphan schools turn to professional social workers and try to help orphans in professional ways.Through reading a large number of literature,it is learned that in the past,the study of psychological problems and deviation behavior correction is mostly in the minors or adolescents this group,through the guidance of promotion,counseling help,cultural heritage,corrective and so on to solve.However,there is still little research on the deviation behavior of such a special group of orphans,and the experience that can be used for reference is limited.This paper takes the perspective of case-by-case social work,and decides to adopt the family foster care model to correct the main deviation behavior.First of all,through the interview to understand the situation of the problem orphan's native family,the situation in the school and the performance of the deviation behavior,secondly,the problem orphans to produce the causes of bias behavior to analyze,and finally choose a reasonable and feasible way to carry out case-by-case social work services,and gradually solve the problem.Through the relevant practice and research,it has been proved that family foster care in our country is the best way to raise orphans in addition to adoption.From the point of view of demand,examine the problems of the case owner himself and find the best foster family for him.Through the way of returning to the family,let the case owner feel the warmth and love of the family again,face themselves squarely,and change their own deviation behavior.
