Orphans and disabled children is a special vulnerable group in the society,they usually have physical,psychological,mental and other defects.It is essential to focus on orphans and disabled,help them develop good habits and adapt to society.This paper choose Children Welfare Institute of F city's orphans and disabled children as research object,through action research method,observationmethod,interview method,questionnaire survey method and other method,analyzes the existing problems and reasons,analysis institutional care orphans and disabled children's behavior problems and reasons,discuss the effects of these deviant behaviors on children's growth.And under the guidance of cognitive behavioral therapy,using token system help children to correct deviant behavior and form well behavior,cultivate children's sense of exchange and the spirit of mutual cooperation.The token system action has gone through three stages.Finally,in order to provide useful reference and reference for the child welfare organizations to use the token system to correct children's deviant behavior,this paper using questionnairesurvey,interviewing method and base measurement method to evaluates the effect of token system.Practice indicates that under the guidance of cognitive behavioral therapy using token system can help institutional care orphans and disabled children to correct the irrational cognition,corrective deviant behavior,develop good habits,culture exchange consciousness,improve interpersonal relationship and the level of socialization,has certain reference significance and promotion value for children's welfare institutions.
