Research On Influencing Factors And Countermeasure Of Reserve Talents Training In Hunan Competitive Trampoline Events

Athletic trampoline is a high-level sport which integrates competition,art,ornamental and entertainment.It has the reputation of "air ballet".According to the division of Tianmaijiu theory,trampoline and trampoline,diving,technology and other items belong to the technical items which are not easy to graceful movements.Trampoline,diving and technology belong to the traditional project advantages in China,so trampoline in China has a certain foundation and great potential.In the mid-1990 s,especially after the Sydney Olympic Games,trampoline in China developed rapidly and its competitive level improved rapidly.It has become a new gold medal growth point in China's competitive sports.From 2004 to 2016,the Chinese trampoline team won the final and won four consecutive gold medals,or will sprint to the championship of the 2020 Olympic Games.Hunan Province is a strong province of sports,but since the introduction of trampoline into China in 1997,compared with some provinces,the situation of sports development in Hunan Province is not compatible with the current situation of strong sports provinces.As a major sports province,while guaranteeing its advantages,we should pay attention to the development of potential advantages and strive to become an award-winning project as soon as possible.Through the methods of documentation,questionnaire,logical analysis,interview and quantitative statistics,this paper will analyze the current situation of reserve talents of Hunan competitive trampoline under the guidance of instructors.It will investigate and analyze the training system,trampoline athletes,trampoline coaches,trampoline training conditions and other aspects,and then find out the restrictions on the reserve of Hunan trampoline.Finally,through interviews with relevant experts and self-investigation,the author puts forward detailed training countermeasures for reserve talents of Hunan competitive trampoline in order to provide reference for the further development of Hunan competitive trampoline.The first chapter of this paper is an introduction,which elaborates the significance of this topic,research summary,research methods and so on;the secondchapter is the investigation and analysis of the present situation of trampoline reserve talents in Hunan Province,which investigates and analyses the present situation of trampoline reserve talents in Hunan Province from many aspects and angles;the third chapter is the analysis of the influencing factors of the training of trampoline reserve talents in Hunan Province.The fourth chapter is the training countermeasures of reserve trampoline talents in Hunan Province.According to the influencing factors,the detailed training countermeasures are put forward.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and suggestions.
