Sports reserve talents cultivation is the foundation of competitive sports sustainable development. It is also an important component of the development of competitive sports. Putting forth effort on sports reserve talent cultivation and promoting the sustained, healthy, and balanced development of sports is the inevitable requirement to important the scientific concept of development, to build a well-off society and to bring about the great goal of enriching the people and strengthening province which is proposed in the. ninth congress in Hunan province. In addition, it is important part of the construction of socialism material civilization, political civilization and spiritual civilization. This paper makes meticulous investigation on the present conditions of the construction in Hunan province. It reflects the current situation of the sports reserve talents cultivation really. On the base of investigation, it carries out the main factors which impact the development of sports reserve talent cultivation. And it puts forward countermeasures for the sustainable development of sports reserve talents cultivation. It will provide the theory basis for the enhancement of sports reserve talent cultivation in Hunan.Based on documents study, questionnaire study, and statistics, etc. this paper conducts study on the present situation of sports reserve talents cultivation. It mainly draws the following results. (1) The projects in Hunan are too concentrated, and the distribution of the projects which are taken part in the national games is too narrow. There are few top talents in Hunan competitive sports. We can not make full use of sports resources.(2) Whether the athlete's outlet question can be solved properly has related the sports talents to be selected and cultivated. It is very crucial to form the benign, sustainable and stable development.(3) The trainers overall quality should be improved. And they have low-level qualification and knowledge. The teaching methods and means delayed, it is difficult to meet the contemporary scientific training requirements.(4) At present the competition system still has the unreasonable guidance factor. The items can not manifest the young athlete bodily characteristic completely. It also becomes the adult competition. (5)Contradictions between studying and training is intensifying. It can not satisfy sports reserve talent cultivation in the modern society.In view of the above present situation and the influencing factors, this article puts forward the corresponding proposals:(1) Using superiority projects resources and expanding latent projects vigorously, to make the new comers to be talents.(2) Carry out "Hunan Province Reserve Talent Cultivation Rule" and carry on the organizational reform fast. Perfect the system of "the body teaches unifies". Optimize structure, increase the export, maintain the competitive sports sustainable development.(3) Strengthen trainers'training work, improve the science training level. Renewing the knowledge already is the urgent matter to the trainers of reserve talent cultivation. All training units of reserve talent cultivation should allocate the special funds to the knowledge renovation for the trainers every year. (4) Reform the present competition system, and display the leverage function of competition fully. To make the participative unit's short-term benefit be consistent with the macroscopic goal of various strategies in Hunan province. To make the competition and the goal, the duty of reserve talent cultivation be unified. It is in order to promote the extra-curricular training to improve the quality and to enhance maturing rate. |
