Research On The Guarantee System For Institution Of The Quality Of Teaching Practicum In Normal University

The educational practice is an important part of the teacher education curriculum for student teachers,and it is also a necessary part for teacher training.Teaching practicum is a required course for student teachers of normal university,student teachers can experience education and teaching work deeply by participating in the practical teaching directly,teaching practicum help student teachers to enhance teaching skills,the ability for class management and teaching research;it also help student teachers to form correct ethics and professional recognition,especially make student teachers know the basic education very well.The improvement of the teaching practicum's quality for student teachers depends on a scientific and reasonable teaching practicum system.Therefore,this research proposes a system to guarantee the quality of teaching practicum which is composed of the quality standard,the institutional system,the tutors system and the funding system.This research will be discussed in four parts.The first part which mainly introduces the background,the significance and the purpose of this research,as well as the major and difficult points,the methods and ideas of the research are included.Some correlation research home and abroad and the theoretical basis are also discussed.The second part draws out the theoretical discussion on the guarantee system for the quality of teaching practicum for student teachers in normal university,it has explained the basic content and the reasons for the establishment of this guarantee system.The third part aims to analyze the basic content of the guarantee system for the institution of the teaching practicum's quality for the student teachers in normal university,which is the key part of this research.Chapter 3 focuses on the quality standard which the teaching practicum should follow,the quality standard is the goal guarantee for achieving the teaching practicum's quality.It elaborates the value orientation and quality standard that student teachers should achieve through teaching practicum and the work standard of teaching practicum for normal university.Chapter 4 discusses the organization system for teaching practicum of normal university,and it is the institutional guarantee for improving the quality of teaching practicum.The decision-making organization,executive organization,supervision organization and consulting organization constitute the system for teaching practicum's organization,,and then it clarifies the responsibilities and authorities of these four organizations and the post responsibilities of internal personnel.Chapter 5 researches on the system of teaching practicum tutors,it is the teachers guarantee for improving the quality of teaching practicum.The system of tutors mainly involves the selection,the training and the incentive of the instruct teachers.Chapter 6 introduces the funding system of teaching practicum for normal university.The funding system is the financial guarantee for improving the quality of teaching practicum.This system mainly discusses the sources,the allocation and the use of teaching practicum's funds.The fourth part is conclusion.It summarizes the discussion of the guarantee system for institution of the quality of teaching practicum in normal university,and it also presents the deficiencies of this research.The research looks forward to the future of the system of teaching practicum for normal university in the end.
