To improve teaching quality is the eternal theme of colleges and universities,and improving the teaching quality guarantee system is the basic requirement for ensuring the improvement of college teaching quality.The second-level colleges are the main body of undergraduate teaching.Its teaching quality directly determines the overall teaching quality of the school.The optimization of the undergraduate teaching quality guarantee system directly affects the improvement of the overall undergraduate teaching quality assurance system.Analyzing the reality of the establishment of undergraduate teaching quality assurance system of second-level colleges in our country,it can be found that many schools have adopted a large number of measures such as specified training standards for qualified personnel,construction of undergraduate teaching quality assurance framework,teaching supervision,implementation of teaching evaluation and quality monitoring.At the same time,there are also many problems in the establishment.The main manifestation is that the quality assurance work of second-level colleges in many colleges and universities is not based on real initiative,but treated as a assignment task.So,there is a lack of systematic design for the construction of a quality assurance system.The methods of quality monitoring are too simple to satisfy the integration use of various methods,There is short-term improvement in problem improvement and absence of continuous improvement.There are three main reasons for these problems.First,the college lacks subject consciousness for the subject of quality assurance.Second,the college over looks the construction of organizational mechanisms for quality assurance.And third,the college ignores the cultivation of quality culture.Colleges and universities in the U.S.,UK,and other countries think highly of teaching quality assurance.Their specific methods have their own characteristics.In these countries,colleges and universities have a strong sense of quality,full participation in quality assurance,attach importance to the development of reasonable quality goals and standards,and pay more attention on continuous improvement.Those lessons are worth learning.The optimization of undergraduate teaching quality assurance system for second-level colleges in our country can be carried out in five parts: first,adhere to the four basic principles of goal-oriented,student-centered,advocating full participation and continuous improvement,and clarify quality assurance.The second is to establish a decision-making command mechanism,establish a quality monitoring organization and team,improve the teaching management system,build a mature organization mechanism,and handle well overall quality management and organizational work.The third,clarifying the monitoring standards and the basis,taking the main monitoring links under control and improving the monitoring methods,it will be optimized that the quality monitoring system and achieve effective control of the key aspects of teaching;Fourth,in order to promote continuous improvement,we should pay attention to the analysis and feedback of information,and we should clearly improve the main body and its responsibilities,lay emphasis on the supervision and tracking of the improvement.Fifth,we should adopt advanced quality assurance concepts,strength the construction of quality culture,optimize the allocation of teaching resources,and provide guarantees for the implementation of quality assurance.
