The first undergraduate teaching level evaluation in regular higher education institutions has already fell in with remarkable achievements and significance, but many questions remain. It has been proved that the external quality assurance system leading by government does not meet the requirements of development at this stage. Aiming at the problems in the first round of assessment, our country starts using auditing mode. However, the undergraduate teaching quality guarantee system based on self-study of higher education institutions remains to be explore. At the same time, the concept of outcome-based education has swept the world and set the new request to training of men of ability. Moreover, it also provides a new perspective for the establishment of undergraduate teaching quality guarantee system. Therefore, this paper explores the undergraduate teaching quality guarantee system adapted to auditing mode from the perspective of outcome-based education.This paper analyzes the weaknesses of the study on undergraduate teaching quality guarantee system adapted to auditing mode from the perspective of outcome-based education through the study of domestic and foreign research status, and then proposes research questions. This paper details the concept of outcome-based education from the connotation, principle, implementing points, and it defines the connotation and essential characteristics of quality assurance system and quality. This paper discusses auditing mode and its implementing points from the angle of evaluation objects, scope and process based on the comparison and analysis of accredition, assessment and auditing mode. It also analyzes some ideological ground between outcome-based education and auditing mode. Then this paper put forwards the constituents of undergraduate teaching quality guarantee system, such as target, resources, procedure and management based on auditing mode. It also analyzes subsidiary factors in each factor. Finally, this paper summarizes the relationship in the concept of outcome-based education, auditing mode and undergraduate teaching quality guarantee system, and it takes process measures as the build approach of undergraduate teaching quality guarantee system, proposes the core of undergraduate teaching quality guarantee system includes quality assurance standards outline, quality assurance structure framework and the fundamental processes. Then it constructs the model of undergraduate teaching quality guarantee system so as to provide the reference and guidance for universities in our country.
