The ideological and moral quality of graduate students,as an important index to measure the quality of talents,has been highly valued by the party and the country.Personality,as a stable factor within the individual,the way of thinking and behavior of the individual presents different characteristics,and also has an irreplaceable impact on the individual's ideological and moral quality.As the first place of individual growth and development,family is an important environmental factor that affects individual physical and mental development,and also has an impact on individual's ideological and moral quality.At the same time,with the advent of the new media era,the new media devices represented by mobile phones are welcomed by the graduate students.The gradual enrichment of mobile phone functions leads to the preference of graduate students for different functions and the different use frequency of mobile phones.However,the excessive use of mobile phones causes some graduate students to have the symptoms of mobile phone dependence,it has a negative impact on their ideological and moral quality.Ideological and political course is the main way to improve the ideological and moral quality of postgraduates,and plays a unique role in improving the ideological and moral quality of postgraduates.Therefore,on the basis of theory and previous research,this study selects 1112 postgraduates from 8 universities in Henan Province as the research object and designs three studies.In the first part,the paper mainly focused on the differences between the current situation of graduate students' ideological and moral quality and the influence of demographics variables.In Study 2,a moderating intermediary model was constructed by taking the personality traits of university students as independent variables,the graduate students' satisfaction with the teaching of ideological and political courses as intermediary variables,the dependence on mobile phones as moderating variables,and the ideological and moral qualities as dependent variables,to explore how they interact with each other.In Study 3,we used the Parenting styles as the independent variable,the mobile phone use behavior as the intermediary variable,the graduate students' satisfaction with the ideological and political education as the moderating variable,and the ideological and moral quality as the dependent variable,a mediator model with regulation is constructed to explore the interaction mechanism between them.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The ideological and moral quality of postgraduates is relatively high,but it still needs to be further improved.(2)There are differences in the ideological and moral quality of postgraduates in gender,whether or not they serve as student cadres,the level of institutions,and the type of postgraduates.(3)The six dimensions of big seven personality traits(active,tough,rigorous,altruistic,affectionate,easy-going)were significantly correlated with teaching satisfaction,cell phone dependence,and moral quality,the six dimensions of big seven personality traits(active,forthright,tough,strict,altruistic,easy-going)were significantly correlated with cell phone dependence,and the degree of teaching satisfaction was significantly correlated with cell phone use behavior,cell phone dependence,and ideological and moral quality,parenting styles(father's emotional warmth,father's over-protection,Mother's emotional warmth,mother's over-protection)were significantly correlated with the behavior of using mobile phone,and the behavior of using mobile phone was significantly correlated with the quality of thinking and moral.(4)The degree of graduate students' satisfaction with the teaching of ideological and political course plays an intermediary role between the six dimensions of the personality traits of university students(active,tough,rigorous,altruistic,sentimental,easy-going)and their ideological and moral qualities.This intermediary effect is regulated by the dependence on mobile phones,which plays a moderating role in the effect of teaching satisfaction on ideological and moral quality,that is,relative to the higher degree of dependence on mobile phones of postgraduates,the Teaching Satisfaction of ideological and political course has a more significant impact on the ideological and moral quality of graduate students who depend less on mobile phones.(5)The mobile phone use behavior of graduate students plays an intermediary role between the four dimensions of Parenting styles(father's emotional warmth,father's overprotection,mother's emotional warmth,and mother's overprotection)and moral quality.The mediating effect is regulated by the degree of teaching satisfaction,teaching satisfaction is a moderating factor in the four dimensions of Parenting styles: Warmth of the father,overprotection of the father,warmth of the mother and overprotection of the mother,that is,compared to graduate students with higher teaching satisfaction,the Parenting styles had a more significant impact on the mobile phone use behavior of graduate students with lower teaching satisfaction,and by strengthening the mediation role of mobile phone use behavior,promote the promotion of ideological and moral quality.
