Current Situation And Guidance Of Mobile Phone Dependence Among College Students In Guangxi

Cell phone dependence is a phenomenon that users of mobile phones do not properly overuse mobile phones.College students is one of the major groups of mobile phone users,because college students from the high school that the dual supervision of parents and teachers,the control force is not enough,it is difficult to control their own behavior when using a mobile phone,all kinds of information resources can not identify the authenticity of the mobile phone,the opponent machine all kinds of entertainment features love,often long time addicted to mobile phone in the world.Over time,the whole person's physiology and ps ychology due to inertia and the formation of the phone's dependence,and even professional learning,interpersonal communication,leisure and entertainment are too dependent on mobile phones.How to guide college students to use the mobile phone scientific ally and rationally is a new problem in the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.This paper conducts a survey by questionnaire in Guangxi 13 vocational colleges and 14 undergraduate college students using a mobile phone,accord ing to the survey data show that Guangxi mobile phone dependence of college students is a common phenomenon,different categories of students on the mobile phone dependent differences,mobile phone dependence affects physical and mental health of college students,mobile phone has become the students' study,social networking and entertainment rely on tools.How to adapt to the learning and thinking style of college students,how to solve the mental health problems of college students caused by mobile phone dependence,how to guide students to scientific use of mobile phone,these problems should cause the attention of educators of Ideological and political education.In view of the current college students' mobile phone dependence,the university should take the necessary measures for the adjustment and guidance,first,to strengthen the ideological education,improve college students' use of "cognition and grasp the double-edged sword" nature of mobile phone,mobile phone to help them understand the depende nce on the physical and mental health hazards,set up to prevent mobile phone dependent consciousness;at the same time through the implementation of micro class,Mu and flipping the classroom teaching,help students understand and use the mobile phone lea rning tool value,cultivate their autonomy by using mobile phone learning habits and learning.Second,strengthen mental health education,and the psychology of cognitive therapy,behavior therapy and therapy group counseling,help students to overcome the psychological dependence on mobile phone at the same time,enrich the campus cultural activities,the students' attention to the transfer of mobile phone.Third,guide the students to use mobile phone entertainment obsessed by mobile phone innovation and entrepreneurship,through the creation of mobile phone media literacy courses,help the students to construct the knowledge structure of mobile phone media,held "Internet plus" lectures,guide students to use mobile phone media innovation and entrepreneurship.
