With the advancement of information era,the mobile phone has become an indispensable communication tool in our daily life,in leading the era of big data,mobile Internet,reading,entertainment,rich in content,novel,bring convenience for people's life,but also attracts the attention of the students at the same time,enthusing about mobile phone,on the behavior and psychological produce rely on it,for middle school students' physical and psychological damage,and interpersonal alienation and other problems.This article through to Z middle school survey found that most middle school students can reasonable use a mobile phone,mobile phone depends on situation is not very serious,but cannot ignore has a mobile phone because of this dependence tendency of middle school students.Middle school students is a key period of adolescence,it is the crucial stage of individual learning,the students self consciousness is still not perfect,lack of self control ability,can't good resistance and control the temptation of mobile phones and use,often because of mobile phone curiosity and lack of self-control and indulge,form the mobile phones.Through interview and survey of Z middle school as well as the literature study has found that mobile phone rely on in a long time and high frequency of using mobile phones,for cell phone use is mainly focused on the mobile phone games,the entertainment function such as electronic novels,comics,impact of students learning and daily life.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the causes and effects of mobile phone dependence,and explores the use of group working methods from the perspective of social work to alleviate the dependence of middle school students on mobile phones.According to the problem design of the students who rely on the mobile phone,the relevant group activities are designed to help middle school students who rely on mobile phones to alleviate their dependence on mobile phones.This article mainly by changing the middle-school student personal subjective cognition,use of cognitive behavior,edge Angle,the ecological system and the social support theory in group activities,purpose is through ascension self-knowledge,discovering their potential,enhance self-confidence;Develop self-control and improve self-control ability;Strengthen communication and communication skills,promote interpersonal relationship and other aspects,design appropriate group activities to improve students' dependence on mobile phones.Through group work intervention evaluation,whichindicates that work in middle school students' mobile phone group lies in the phenomenon has certain effect,can to a certain extent,alleviate its reliance on mobile phones,to improve the cognitive ability to the mobile phone has a new understanding,can control their cell phone use time,reasonable use a mobile phone.
