Research On The Classification And Governance Of Communities From The Perspective Of Resource Integration

Practice and innovation are an eternal process.Community governance is also in the process of continuous exploration and development.With the continuous development of the economy and society,the demand for community residents' services and the requirements for urban community management continue to rise,and some governance problems have become prominent.The community is facing greater demand and pressure for resource integration.It is necessary to further strengthen community resource integration and innovate community governance System to promote community classified governance.For urban communities,the classification of housing types as the basis for community classification will help promote the development of community governance theory and reality.In order to further explore the classification and governance,and to refine the resources of the existing communities,the author investigates the four communities under KJ Street.The four community houses in Kangle Community,Rose Baiteng,Ziwei Garden and Lilac Welcome Spring have distinctive characteristics,covering four types of housing: after-sale public housing,commercial housing,villas and foreign-related commercial housing.The research on community governance of these four communities is also representative.Based on the interview data of community residents,this paper uses the method of interview,literature research,comparison method and participation observation method to study the community governance issues of KJ street from the perspective of resource integration.Analysis shows that the community classification management of KJ Street has achieved some results,but there are different community problems.The after-sale public housing community mainly faces the problem of insufficient hardware facilities;the management of commercial housing communities is lagging behind,and the community is short of funds;the residents of villa-type communities are not well connected,and the demand for residents is too large;Based on the problems of different community types,the author categorizes and proposes precise countermeasures and suggestions.Provide references for the classification and governance of urban communities in China.
