Compared with urban communities,early education services in village-in-city are lacking.Children of school age have long been separated at home and lack of early education services,which affects their early all-round development and causes their abilities to lag behind urban children.Research experience at domestic and foreign shows that the development of early childhood education services at the community is an important method to promote the early development of infant.Based on this,the ZY social work organization cooperate with the FZ Foundation to make the S community as a pilot project to provide early education services for 0-3 year old children and families in village-in-city by integrating resources inside and outside the community.Through this way to achieve the aim that revitalize community resources and contribute to community early education services,make up for the lack of public services in early education and promote the development of early education services in villages in cities.This article start from the perspective of community resource integration,and take the early childhood education project of the S community as an example to explain the intervention process of resource integration in the early education project of the village in the city.Firstly,the author understand the status of early education in the village through field research in the S community,and find the problem and then analyze;Secondly,the author starts with community resource Development,Value integration and project implementation content to sort out the community resources integration process;Finally,the author expound the achievements and existing problems of the project,then put forward countermeasures and suggestions of the community resources integrated village-in-city early education result.At the end of the study,the author offers the following service suggestions:1.Establish and improve the community resource integration intervention mechanism;2.Advocate the government to purchase social work service projects to ensure the sustainability of early education services in village-in-city;3.Strengthen the professional capabilities of social work teams;This study further complements the field of 0-3-year-old early education services in urban villages,promotes the development and experience accumulation of resource-integrated community early education service,Hope could help develop the early childhood education services in community.
