| Labor quality is an embodiment of human civilization quality.Throughout the world,labor education to cultivate labor quality is an important part of comprehensive development education.In addition,article 7 of the work of the ministry of education in 2019 stipulates that labor education should be vigorously strengthened.Its objective and task is to comprehensively establish a policy guarantee system for the implementation of labor education,and to carry out the assessment,assessment and supervision of labor education.In today's society,due to the lack of two-way labor education between school and family,students' emotional attitude towards labor and values have deviated from the direction since they were young,resulting in the mentality and behavior of students who despise labor,do not know how to work,and do not cherish the fruits of labor.Junior middle school is an important period for students to form their outlook on life,values and world outlook.Good students' labor emotional attitude and values are helpful to enhance students' initiative and enthusiasm in labor learning and achieve ultimate success in the process of labor.Therefore,the research on evaluation criteria of junior high school students' labor emotional attitude and values has important theoretical and practical significance.Taking Shanghai M school as the research carrier,the evaluation standard of junior high school students' labor emotional attitude and values was designed according to the developmental target evaluation model.According to the junior high school students' training objectives,relevant curriculum standards,relevant scientific theories,teaching practice experience,and evaluation objects and conditions,the preliminary draft index system was put forward,and then the preliminary draft index system was screened and revised through consultation,theoretical demonstration,expert evaluation and experimental revision.The revised evaluation index system includes six indexes: labor viewpoint,labor attitude,labor habit,technical consciousness,occupational consciousness and homemaking consciousness.Informulating the assessment standard,the steps of drafting the first draft of the assessment standard,demonstrating the preliminary draft of the assessment standard,soliciting public opinions and finalizing the trial draft shall be followed.SPSS 22 was used as a data analysis tool to test the quality of the evaluation criteria.(2)test of difficulty and differentiation of assessment standards.The results show that the evaluation criterion is effective. |
