Labor is the basic way of human development and an important means to obtain material information.With the rapid improvement of production tools,the process of labor also develops continuously from low level to high level,which promotes the development of human society.Marx emphasized that labor plays an important role in the all-round development of human beings,and the combination of education and production labor is the only way to realize the all-round development of human beings,and is the fundamental way for human beings to transform from natural persons to social persons,thus promoting the development and progress of society.As an important part of China's educational policy,the combination of education and production labor aims to cultivate high-quality construction talents for China's development and realize the lofty ideal of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the prosperity of the country.Labor education is an educational practice under the guidance of the educational policy,which not only can contain students' spiritual world,but also is an important means to promote the overall development of students.Carrying out labor education in kindergartens has educational value to the development of children.It is the key to carry forward the fine working spirit of the Chinese nation and the all-round development of children to cultivate children to form correct labor values,respect labor,love labor and develop good labor consciousness.However,in the current practice of kindergarten education,there are many problems in labor education,such as kindergarten labor education is misunderstood,ignored,its educational value is one-sided,teachers have insufficient understanding of kindergarten labor education,the form of education practice is single,education resources are insufficient,security mechanism is missing,and so on.Starting from the reality,this study investigates the problems existing in the current labor education in kindergartens,analyzes the causes of the problems,and thinks about solutions,so as to provide ideas and Suggestions for the development of labor education in kindergartens.Starting from the historical perspective,this study sorted out the ancient and modern thoughts of labor education,analyzed the development history of labor education,and further considered the relationship between labor education and children's development,life and games.It is pointed out that labor education has important practical significance to children's development,which can not only meet children's inner needs,train children to form good moral character,promote children's all-round development,but also is an important way to train children to form practical ability and innovative spirit.Through observation method,interview method and questionnaire method,for 3 W city kindergarten,parents of kindergarten labor education implementation status and investigate the understanding of labor education,teachers,in the process of internship of C big nine kindergarten class for 2 months of observation,interviews with three kindergarten teachers,and parents questionnaires.The survey found that the current kindergarten labor education mainly exists in the teacher's insufficient understanding of labor education,the lack of educational labor,the single form of labor education implementation,the education security mechanism is not sound four problems.It may be caused by the restriction of ideology,the influence of social environment and the neglect of school education.Based on the above investigation and analysis,this study believes that the current problems should be solved from the following aspects:first,the value of labor education in kindergartens should be clarified,the traditional concepts of teachers and parents should be changed,the correct labor concept should be established,the correct understanding of the connotation of labor education should be established,and the initiative of children should be stimulated.Secondly,we should attach importance to the curriculum construction of kindergarten labor education,set up the educational objectives in line with children's age characteristics,and enrich the curriculum resources of kindergarten labor education.Thirdly,we should also improve the way of implementing labor education in kindergartens,change the way of teaching labor education,reflect the function of educating people,broaden the way of implementing labor education,and strengthen the penetration of education.From the secondary sound kindergarten labor education security mechanism,strengthen the construction of kindergarten teachers,improve the evaluation system,strengthen the scientific management of kindergarten labor education;Finally,we should attach importance to the cooperation among families,gardens and communities to form a joint force in education and jointly promote the development of labor education.
