In recent years,the development of basic education in China has made a lot of progress,but there are also some problems.The overall development of students is uneven,one-sided development is serious,and the sustainable development is not strong.Due to the pursuit of enrollment rate,the middle school students are overburdened with schoolwork,they can only carry out the sea of topics tactics every day,their physical and mental health are seriously damaged,their learning ability and practical ability are insufficient,their innovative ability to adapt to the society and employment is not strong,and the score based education is still a common problem in today's educational innovation.Therefore,we should change the cramming education to improve the comprehensive quality of middle school students,Become the task before us.At the middle school stage,students show an inactive attitude towards biology learning,and feel that biology is a secondary course,which can be learned but not learned.This concept leads them to passively accept biology knowledge,and the learning efficiency is not high,which leads to the lack of basic biology knowledge.Middle school students have a certain common sense of life and a certain understanding of large-scale organisms,but there is no clear concept of micro world water organisms,so the concept of biodiversity is not complete,which is not conducive to the improvement of students' awareness of biological protection,environmental protection and water resources protection.There are many researches on water rotifer at home and abroad,but most of them are based on Rotifer itself.Biodiversity refers to species diversity,genetic diversity and ecosystem diversity.There are many researches on biological diversity,but there are few or no researches on introducing rotifer research into junior high school biology,so as to cultivate the concept of biological diversity of middle school students.There is a study abroad that makes rotifer species into cards and brochures,so that students can understand these rotifers by observing pictures,through such a way of pictures and texts In order to achieve the effect of cultivating students' biodiversity concept,it can be seen that the Some countries have begun to pay attention to the cultivation of middle school students' biodiversity,but there is no such relevant research in China for the timebeing,and middle school students are still vague about the concept of biodiversity,so we hope that through the introduction of water animals rotifers,students can be more comprehensive and diverse from another perspective In order to provide a new way to improve the biological science literacy of middle school students,we should understand the biological diversity in detail,so as to establish a more complete concept of biological diversity,improve the students' awareness of biological protection and environmental protection.This paper mainly studies the water environment around students,collects water samples through students' cooperation on the spot,and observes the different kinds of rotifers in different water bodies and their morphological characteristics in the laboratory,so as to broaden students' horizons,make students change the traditional concept of only large animals,turn to the attention of micro animals,enhance students' biological knowledge,and By using literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,observation and other research methods,through the introduction of rotifers into learning to Cultivate Junior High School Students' teaching practice cases of biodiversity concept,the investigation and analysis of students' understanding of biodiversity before and after the research,so as to cultivate students' biodiversity concept,so that students can improve the protection of the environment,water resources,and biological protection Diversity awareness.
