Study On Regional Technical Skills Talent Demand Forecasting

Technical skills talents are important human resources in the process of economic and social development in China.At present,the gap of technical skills talents is still large,and the imbalance between supply and demand of technical skills talents is increasingly prominent.In a certain sense,the demand forecasting of technical skills personnel has become the basic work of the construction of high-quality technical skills personnel team,which is the information source and decision-making basis of the training plan of technical skills personnel.Therefore,based on the theory of artificial neural network,and the data of technical talents in China and some regions,this study aims to provide a method for the prediction of the number of technical skills talents needed by the industry development in the future.Firstly,the study from the current background of strengthening the demand forecasting of technical skills talents,and based on combing the relevant research results at home and abroad and defining the relevant concepts,expounds the necessity of the demand forecasting research of technical skills talents from the theoretical and practical levels.Secondly,on the basis of the relevant research results of the existing research on talent demand prediction indicators,a three-level indicator system of technical skills talents demand prediction is constructed,and the key indicatorsaffecting the demand prediction of technical skills talents are determined by using the correlation analysis method and entropy method.The research shows that in order to effectively carry out the forecast of the demand for technical skills talents,we must focus on the key factors such as the gross domestic product,the number of employed persons,the labor productivity,the investment in fixed asset and the expenditure for science and technology.Thirdly,on the basis of optimizing the prediction technology of the demand for technical skills talents,BP neural network prediction model,which is suitable for the prediction of the demand for technical skills talents,is selected.Based on MATLAB,BP neural network prediction is implemented by MATLAB programming.Based on this,selecting the data of technical skills talents in Shanxi Province and the whole country as the empirical analysis object,and testing the demand prediction model of technicalskills talents.The results show that the model has high accuracy and can be used to predict the changing trend of technical skills.Finally,using the prediction model of technical skills talents demand constructed by this study,the national technical skills talents demand for2020-2025 is forecasted and analyzed.The prediction results show that the demand of technical and skilled talents in China will show an overall growth trend in the next six years,and the growth has the characteristics of volatility.According to this,this study further puts forward some suggestionsto strengthen the work of demand forecasting of technical and skilled talents.To sum up,this study provides a new method for further research on the demand prediction of technical skills talents,which will also help to improve the scientificity of the demand prediction of technical skills talents.
