College counselors play an important role in the growth and success of college students.Therefore,it is imperative to establish a stable and efficient college counselor team.However,the reality is that the counselor team flows too fast and the tendency to leave and change jobs is extremely obvious,which is mainly closely related to the professional identity of college counselors.Studying the role identity of college counselors helps us to probe into the reasons behind it and put forward corresponding countermeasures so as to contribute to the smooth and healthy development of student work in colleges and universities.This paper uses the methods of questionnaire,interview and literature research to discover and understand the current situation and specific problems of counselors' professional identity,explore ways and methods to enhance counselors' professional identity,and provide some ideas and reference opinions for counselors' professional identity research.First of all,the status quo of college counselors' professional identity is investigated by questionnaires,and counselors' questionnaires are selected,and the differences are analyzed.Based on the interview results and observation results,the status quo and existing problems of counselors' professional identity in S College of T City are objectively analyzed.Combined with the questionnaire survey and interview results,based on the theories of teachers' professional development stage theory,self-efficacy theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and role theory,this paper scientifically analyzes the current situation and existing problems affecting counselors' professional identity in S College of T City,and provides scientific and effective countermeasures for promoting counselors' professional identity in S College of T City.Secondly,the relevant data collected will be statistically analyzed.Furthermore,it studies and analyzes the influence of counselor's gender,age,marital status,working years,educational background,major,professional title,job attributes,staffing factors and the number of responsible students on counselor's own role identity.Then analyze the difficulties and problems encountered by counselors in their self-professional identity.Finally,according to the analysis of the problems.From the two angles of helping counselor role groups to establish a perfect "master" and "guest" to form a perfect self-role cognition.Therefore,it is of positive significance for the counselor to better play his important role.
