Based On The Study Of The Cultivation Of The Ability Of The Professional Role Of College Counselors

College counselors are the front-line workers of ideological and political education,shouldering the important responsibility of college students ideological and political education as well as daily management,also shouldering the important mission of cultivating qualified socialist builders and reliable successors of culture.From 1950 s,since the establishment of the counselor system,counselor has been an important part of teachers in colleges and universities,meanwhile the party and the country have considered the construction of counselor team as an important project which is related to the overall situation of reform and development.Since the start of the new century,as the development of market economy,increased college enrollment,the connotative development and the "double top" construction of a series of reform of higher education,counselors must improve their ability to adapt to the new situation and new requirements of the reform and development of higher education and the students' growth.Facing the new normal,to strengthen the ability of college counselors about the theory and practice of the research can not only enrich the professional college counselors' occupation construction theory,but also effectively enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.This thesis consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly including the origin of the ability of college counselors,theoretical and practical significance,relevant literature review,research methods and ideas,research innovation and other aspects,for clarifying the research framework of the whole thesis,which lays the foundation for the research of the subject.The second part is the analysis of issues related to theory.Starting from the concept and characteristics of "occupation role",reviews the origin and development of our country's college counselors occupation;based on fully clarification of the concept and characteristics of "ability",and from Marx's theory of talent studies and related to the party and the state policy of the ability of the cultivation of university counselors and related concepts are expounded,establishes a theoretical basis for the thesis.This paper argues that the ability of college counselors refers to college counselors occupation personnel in the development of educational practice,collectively,can do a variety of occupation ability requirements of the role should have.Specifically for counselors occupation role based on general ability and to reflect the characteristics of counselors as the goal of the special occupation ability.The third part is the realistic basis,this part from the reform and development of higher education,university students practical needs,counselor team construction and connotation of college counselors need to develop four aspects,expound the realistic significance of strengthening the cultivation of the ability of college counselors.Thefourth part analyzes the status quo and main problems in cultivation of the ability of college counselors,and analyzes the factors restricting the cultivation of practical ability of college counselors.In the fifth part,mainly from three aspects of setting up the scientific training of the ability of college counselors,optimizing policy system environment for training ability of college counselors,and improving the ability of college counselors training mode,preliminary discuss the realistic path to ability strengthening and self-cultivation college counselors.
