A country without virtue cannot prosper,and a person without virtue cannot establish a career.General Secretary Xi Jin ping clearly pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,"We must fully implement the party's educational policy and implement the fundamental tasks of moral education." The so-called "moral education" is to guide the students to “show great virtue,observe public morality and be strict with private morality”.The connotation of "Moral" is rich and multi-dimensional,and the development of the hidden curriculum resources of moral education is an important part of the "moral education" task.Because rural schools are constrained by economic and social conditions,the impact of moral education implicit curriculum resources on students is often neglected.Exploring how to strength the positive impact of rural school's moral education hidden curriculum resources,weaken the negative impact of it is an important issue facing moral education today.The investigation found are as followed: heavy intelligence and light morality in primary schools,managers pay insufficient attention to the hidden curriculum resources of moral education,school administrators pay less attention to the construction of teachers' morality and style,the cultural environment around the rural elementary school is simple with mellow rural customs.Otherwise,Survey reveals the absence of family education in rural schools and the role of parents as role models.Based on the investigation,the paper puts forward the following strategies for the development of moral education implicit curriculum resources for rural primary schools : use "Process Philosophy" to guide the development of hidden curriculum resources in rural primary schools,adopt a "process model" to develop hidden curriculum resources for moral education in rural primary schools,establish the main principles for the development of rural school moral education hidden curriculum resources,optimize the surrounding environment of the campus with the construction of new countryside,strengthen the construction of campus culture and environment,strengthen the construction of teachers to establish a whole-person education,bring parents' model role and establish a good family style,form a good companion to promote the development of hidden curriculum resources in moral education.What'smore,promoting the development of moral education recessive curriculum resource development with evaluation incentive mechanism may be a good way.
