The acceleration of the process of new countryside construction provides severe challenges to the construction of moral education in traditional villages, especially the inheritance and development of traditional rural culture and rural ethics. Rural schools as an important place for rural education plays a very important role in the inheritance and development of traditional rural ethics. Currently, the moral education in rural schools not only fails to effectively integrate into the countryside ethics education, but its content and value orientation are also far away from real life in rural areas. This affects not only the inheritance of the rural culture and ethical value, but also affects the effectiveness of the implementation of moral education in rural schools. Rural ethics is the cornerstone of moral education in rural schools, and significant content of moral education research in rural schools; meanwhile it is an important path for the moral education curricula in rural schools to get closer to rural life and restore the rural world. Therefore, based on rural ethnics, the exploration of issues about construction and implementation of moral education in rural school embraces value in terms of times and culture. The study of salience and reconstruction of rural ethnic value in moral education curricula in rural schools has a wealth of theoretical and practical significance to moral education curricula as well as the teaching of moral education in rural schools.In this study, combined with the history and relevant theories of rural ethics and moral education of rural schools, in the premise of concerning the effectiveness of the new curriculum reform, we determine the course of moral education in rural primary schools as the basic object of study, take rebuilding the value of moral education curricula in rural ethics as the solution, and carry out in-depth and detailed investigation and analysis. Through the moral education textbook analysis and the survey in the implementation of moral education curricula in rural primary schools based on rural ethics and the rural ethnic ideas of the subject in moral education curricula in rural primary schools, this study shows the situation of rural ethical awareness of the subject in moral education curricula in rural primairy schools and the rural ethical implications in the textbooks of moral education courses in rural schools. Consequently, three problems about moral education curricula in rural schools based on rural ethics are pointed out:1) the rural ethnic ideas of the subject in moral education curricula in rural schools are conflicted with realistic choices; 2) there exists the absence of rural culture and rural ethics the in moral education textbooks in rural schools; 3) during the implementation process of moral education curricula, rural ethics is absent. In the end, further dialectical thinking of its underlying causes is conducted.Finally, according to the experience and implications of moral education curricula abroad, rational thinking on the restore of rural ethical value in moral education curricula in rural primary schools is proposed. According to the rural ethnic construction of moral education curriculum, suggestions are put forward in terms of five aspects, namely,1) improve moral education textbooks nationwide,2) develop rural ethics courses,3) to improve rural teachers’ capability to develop curriculum,4) improve the implementation and teaching of moral education curricula, and 5) enrich moral education activities and infiltration among different disciplines. In addition, this study explores external security policy from the state, society and family in ethnic education in rural primary schools and ultimately promotes the interaction and creation between moral education curricula and rural ethics, injecting fresh vitality into moral education courses rural areas, thus promoting moral construction of new countryside.
