As one of the organizers and specific executors of physical education in colleges and universities,physical education teachers have certain teaching risk management ability,which can not only improve the treatment of school physical education teaching risk problems,but also promote the development of school physical education in China to a certain extent.This study mainly adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,taking the teaching risk management of PE teachers in colleges and universities in Guangzhou as the research object,investigates PE teachers in colleges and universities in Guangzhou,analyzes the current situation of PE teachers ’cognition and risk response to physical education teaching,discusses the problems existing in the risk management of PE teachers,and tries to put forward countermeasures,so as to provide reference for the teaching risk management of PE teachers in colleges and universities in Guangzhou.The study concluded that :Guangzhou college physical education teachers teaching risk awareness is high.Most physical education teachers in colleges and universities can fully understand the importance of risk management to avoid injury accidents.In the analysis of differences,there is no significant difference in the risk cognition of physical education teachers of different genders,professional titles and schools in all dimensions,but there is a significant difference in the risk cognition of physical education teachers of different ages in students.Guangzhou university physical education teachers teaching risk response present situation is not optimistic.However,the better risk response is that physical education teachers strictly require classroom teaching routines and teach students to use sports equipment correctly.The main problems of teaching risk management of PE teachers in colleges and universities in Guangzhou: PE teachers lack knowledge and skills of risk management,and their awareness of risk management is weak.Students lack physical monitoring and safety knowledge education.School sports facilities and medical and health facilities are not perfect and lack of school sports risk management system.The risk control diversification method is used to put forward the risk management optimization strategy of college physical education teachers.Improve physical education teachers risk management reserve knowledge and skills,strengthen the construction of college physical education teachers.Improve the monitoring power of students ’ physical health,increase the education of students ’ sports safety knowledge,and control the risk of students ’sports behavior.We should coordinate education funds,reasonably control the investment in school sports and health care,and increase the management of sports and health care.Establish risk management team,develop school risk management plan,improve the school sports risk management system.
