Research On Public Opinion Governance Of Accident Disaster Emergencies

Accident disaster emergencies is a type of public emergency,and once occur,it will attract great attention from the public.In recent years,frequent accident disaster has become the focus of public opinion for many times,and the response effect of relevant departments to public opinion has been good or bad,exposing the defects of public opinion governance.This article selects four cases according to the four types of accident disaster emergencies,respectively is the safety accidents in industrial,mining,commerce and other enterprises:8·12Tianjin Binhai New Area explosion accident,transportation accident: Chongqing Wanzhou bus crash Environmental pollution and ecological damage accidents: 12·20 Shenzhen landslide accident,public facilities and equipment accidents: Lanzhou road collapse accident.Through the analysis of the above four cases,it is found that the government has deficiencies in the public opinion management of accident disaster emergencies,then put forward targeted improvements.This paper analyzes the characteristics of accident disaster emergencies and their public opinion characteristics,sorts out the public opinion generation mechanism and evolution process of accident disaster emergencies,and considers that the main body of public opinion governance are the government,the media and the public.At present,the public opinion governance of accidents and catastrophes in China is inadequate in terms of timeliness,sincerity of attitude,efficiency of problem solving,and reporting methods of the news media.It should adhere to the principles of timely and accurate,open and transparent,and effective,sincere attitude,and be improved from the three main bodies of the government,media and the public.First of all,in order to better play the role of government's meta-governance,the government should strengthen its public opinion governance capabilities in accordance with the three aspects of before,when and after the incident.Secondly,the media should strengthen their own moral cultivation,improve professional abilities,strengthen the linksbetween government departments,and form a unified front of public opinion.Finally,the public should do not believe in rumors or rumors,believe in the official voice,improve their own moral cultivation,and speak in a civilized and rational manner.
