| Educational practice is an important link of practical teaching of physical education major,an important part of college education plan,and a necessary measure to test the quality of professional education and train qualified physical education talents.Therefore,to improve and strengthen the management of educational practice is the trend of the development of sport in universities.The quality of teaching practice of physical education specialty is the overall embodiment of the quality and level of training in Colleges and universities.To build a management model of teaching practice of physical education specialty is the proper meaning of the reform of physical education and the training institutions of physical education talents.In this paper,with the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,on-the-spot investigation,mathematical statistics and so on,taking Liaoning Province as an example,the author examines the condition of sport education professional education practice in six universities in Liaoning Province,including Shenyang Institute of physical education,Liaoning Normal University,Anshan Normal University,Shenyang Normal University,Shenyang University,Dalian University,etc.,using six sigma management theory and DMAIC model Based on the Six Sigma management theory,this paper constructs the management model of physical education practice in Colleges and universities.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:First,it is feasible to apply the Six Sigma management theory to the management of physical education practice.The essence of Six Sigma management concept includes six aspects: customer-oriented,data and fact driven,process management,borderless cooperation,continuous improvement and pursuit of excellence.The practice of investigation in Colleges follows the principle of "based on students,based on the specific measurement data in the practice of physical education,regarding the practice management of physical education as a process,emphasizing the cooperation between schools and departments,departments and departments,instructors and students,colleges and practice bases,and continuously aiming at the professional teaching of physical education The problems in the practice should be improved,and the six principles should be consistent with the essence of Six Sigma management theory.Therefore,it explores the fit point of educational practice managementand six sigma principle,and then expands the way of educational practice management of physical education major in Colleges and universities.Secondly,this paper studies the management of physical education practice in Liaoning Province from three aspects: the management of interns,the student of departments,and the practice bases and teachers.Problems existing in the management of interns: some students do not know enough about educational practice,do not master professional knowledge solidly,pay more attention to technology than to the cultivation and tempering of teaching ability,and do not have enough preparation for practice;problems existing in Colleges and departments:insufficient preparation for the early stage of educational practice,ideological education for students to be deepened,unstable construction of practice base,curriculum and teaching The study plan needs to be further improved and can not fully meet the diverse needs of students;the problems existing in practice schools and guidance teachers: practice schools are limited to teaching and training,ignoring school physical education research and the work of head teachers,the training system of guidance teachers is not perfect,needs to be improved,and the supervision and assessment of guidance teachers is not strict.Thirdly,there are five stages in the model of practice management of physical education major in Liaoning Province,which are defined(d),measured(m),analyzed(a),improved(I)and controlled(c).Define(d)stage: define the management project of physical education professional education practice,that is,determine the Six Sigma improvement project,determine the research process and scope,and define the key needs of customers;measure(m)stage: measure the management project of physical education professional education practice,from the preparatory stage of physical education professional education practice,the implementation stage of physical education professional education practice,physical education In the summary and evaluation stage of educational practice,the interns,colleges and universities,practice bases and guidance teachers are measured respectively;in the analysis stage(a),the main factors affecting the quality of physical education practice are analyzed from the three aspects of interns,colleges and universities,practice bases and guidance teachers;in the improvement stage(I),the management reform of physical education practice is proposed The control stage(c): to implement the six sigma control strategy for the management of physical education practice,to maintain and consolidate the results of the improvement stage,to prevent the workflow from returning to the original mode,and then integrate the DMAIC model with the management of physical education practice in Colleges and universities,to form a complete and recyclable operation mode.Finally,the paper puts forward three suggestions for the application of Six Sigma Theory of investigation in Colleges. |
