Purpose:The main purpose of this study was to collect the plantar dynamics data when they were walking at normal speed wearing ordinary board shoes(no gel insoles),1 cm and 3 cm heights with silica gel insoles,and to explore the effect of silicone inside heightening insoles on soles of the foot,and provide a scientific basis for the public to know if silicone inside height ening insoles is suitable for long-term used.Methods: Twelve healthy young female students(age 23.1 + 1.5 years old,weight 49.5 + 1.2 kg,height 159.5 + 1.7 cm)and twelve young male students(age 23.1 + 1.5 years old,wei ght 70.5 + 1.2 kg,height 172.5 + 1.5 cm)were selected as subjects.All of them have normal feet and no lower limb injuries.In order to unify the experimental shoes,36-yard ordinary sneakers were chosed for female participants,and 40-yards ordinary sneakers were chosed for male participants chose.During the experiment,the subjects were required to wear ordinary board shoes,and the silicone inside heightening insoles with heights of 1 cm and 3 cm were placed in the shoes respectively.The pressure insoles were added to the insoles,and subjects walked naturally in the test channel at a constant speed to ensure that the right foot landed on the force platform.The Novel Pedar-X insole foot pressure measurement system captured the foot-shoe interface dynamics data from the complete gait,and the Kistler Force Platform captured the shoe-ground interface pressure data for the complete support phase.The data of the ordinary board shoes(without the insole in the silicone)were used as a reference value.Results:(1)Foot-shoe interface: The subjects were walking at normal speed wearing different heights of silica gel insoles,the height of the insoles in silica gel increased,when male and female subjects were at the time of landing phase and supporting phase,the pressure,peak pressure and pressure time integral of foot-shoe interface increased in varying degrees in most areas of the sole.However,at the time of off-site phase,when male and female subjects were wearing 3cm-height silicone inside heightening insoles,the pressure and pressure on the forefoot decreased.The pressure of the X-axis and Y-axis of the shoe-ground interface increased with the increasing of the height of the silicone inside heightening insoles.(2)Shoe-ground interface: The pressure of X-axis and Y-axis increased with the increasing of height of silica gel insole,and the vertical peak value of Z-axis increased with the increasing of height of silica gel insole.In the mid-support period,the pressure difference between male and female was not obvious when they wear insoles with different height of silica gel insole.In the course of walking,the influence of the height change of the silica gel insole on the sole pressure of different sex subjects was concentrated in different phases of walking process.Compared with women,the pressure value of male subjects in landing phase and supporting phase had greater influence.The pressure value of female subjects in landing phase and supporting phase had more influence on supporting phase and leaving phase,but it destroyed the normal mechanical balance of sole and makes them walk over.The stability of the foot decreased during the course.Research conclusions: By studying the effects of the foot dynamics when wearing the silicone inside heightening insoles with different heights on walking at a normal speed,it was found that the higher the height of the silicone inside heightening insoles,the greater the impact on the foot sole pressure,the greater the load on the arch area,and the greater the foot sole burden.The study found that although the insoles were very soft,but it didn't have any cushioning effect on the foot.There are some differences in the mechanical structure between men and women,but silica gel insoles have different varying degrees of negative effects on different sexes.In addition,even if the silicone inside heightening insoles were decreased in the low-profile,it will obviously make the lateral stability of the foot in male and female worse during walking,the balance of the force before and after walking was reduced,the vertical impact force on the sole,the burden on the joint muscles of the feet and the chance of strain was increased.Therefore,the public should measure the relationship between the external image and foot health when choosing the inner heightening insoles.If it is necessary to use the inner heightening insoles,try to choose the inner heightening insoles with low heights.
