Massive Open Online Course(MOOC)is a new Online education method,which has attracted wide attention.Because MOOC "high and two low"(high drop-out rates and low lead and low participation),MOOC quality and its evaluation become a research topic which the researchers attention.According to the relevant domestic and foreign literature retrieved,the existing researches have been carried out from the aspects of usability,satisfaction,technology application,activity design and interaction quality,and some results have been achieved.This study believes that learners' recognition is not only the fundamental value of MOOC,but also the key to the sustainable development of MOOC.Therefore,from the perspective of learners' experience,it is obviously an important research perspective to "peek"at the quality of MOOC.Therefore,this study proposed the research topic of "quality evaluation model of MOOC from the perspective of learners' perceived value".The main work and achievements are as follows:First,from the perspective of learners' perceived value,it innovates the MOOC quality evaluation framework.Based on the consumer perceived value theory proposed by Sheth,this study combines the basic components of MOOC with the learner perceived value dimension,and constructs a "3×4" framework for quality evaluation of MOOC.Among them,"3" refers to the three basic components of MOOC,namely MOOC platform,MOOC content and MOOC activities."4" is four dimensions of value perception,namely perceived cognitive value,perceived functional value,perceived affective value and perceived social value.Second,from the perspective of learners' perceived value,the quality evaluation index of MOOC is studied.On the basis of full literature research,the author draws on the important research results of online learning evaluation in China and finally constructs a set of MOOC quality evaluation indexes including 3 first-level indexes,19 second-level indexes and 30 observation points through the process of AHP,multiple rounds of expert interviews and questionnaire surveys.Third,the concentration and re-determination of MOOC quality evaluation indicators.In this paper,the quality evaluation index and weight of MOOC are determined in strict accordance with the process of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)proposed by professor Saaty,an American operations research scientist.All judgment matrices passed the consistency test(all CR were less than 0.1).Fourth,practice and application.Taking two specific courses as evaluation objects,the usability of the model is further examined by analyzing the survey data of course learners.
