Since 2013,the Missive Open Online Course(MOOC)has exploded throughout the country.If 2012 is the first year of foreign elementary school,2013 is the first year of Chinese motto.Because the policy is very favorable,the society also supports the MOOC,and with the development of technology,the MOOC is developing very rapidly and covers a wide range,so that the study of the MOOC is booming.Driven by the three foreign MOOC platforms,the number of domestic MOOC platforms and MOOC courses continue to grow at an explosive rate.At the same time,it brings about the problems of “high dropout rate and low completion rate”,which has caused researchers to think about the quality of the MOOC course: What is the quality of the MOOC with its own Internet gene? Since there is no evaluation standard for the quality of the MOOC course in China,there is no clear test standard for the quality of the MOOC.Therefore,it is very necessary to construct an evaluation system of MOOC courses from the quality assurance of MOOC.The learner is the direct contact and stakeholder of the MOOC course,and the quality of the MOOC course will directly affect its learning effect.The learner's learning experience determines whether the learner will choose this course and even finish the course.On this basis,the researcher chooses the learning experience as the research perspective,combined with the theory of learning experience to construct the quality assurance system of the MOOC curriculum,in order to provide reference for the evaluation of the MOOC curriculum and the screening of high quality MOOC.The standard,in turn,contributes to the improvement of the quality of the MOOC course.On the basis of studying relevant literature at home and abroad,the researcher based on the successful evaluation model of MOOC,combined with the theory of learning experience and the characteristics of MOOC,initially constructed the quality evaluation system of the MOOC course.Then,questionnaires were used to investigate the learners' attention to the factors affecting the quality of the MOOC curriculum.The reliability and validity analysis and exploratory factor analysis of the questionnaire data were carried out,and the preliminary design of the MOOC curriculum quality assurance system was revised.Then,the verification factor analysis of the improved quality assurance system was carried out,and finally the learning quality assurance system of the MOOC course based on the learner'sperspective and the learning experience was formed,and the empirical research was carried out to test the rationality and feasibility of the system.The article mainly consists of four parts:Firstly,the relevant literature was investigated and analyzed,and the evaluation indexes of the MOOC in relevant research were extracted.24 sets contain 412 indicator items at home and abroad were used,and the first-level indicators were mentioned according to the method of combining similar items and different cross-terms.The ranking of the two levels was combined,and the first-level and second-level dimensions of the quality assurance system were initially determined based on the learning experience model;Secondly,the related concepts and theoretical foundations were defined,and interviews were designed according to the initially set dimensions,and the concerns of the learners' perspectives on the factors affecting the quality of the motto learning were investigated.According to the interview results,the quality assurance system for the MOOC course learning quality was further improved;Thirdly,the researchers conducted a questionnaire survey on the dimension design items in the system,selected the learners who participated in the MOOC course as the research object,and studied the concerns of the learner's perspective on the factors affecting the quality of the MOOC course.Then the results of the questionnaire survey were analyzed using the data analysis software SPSS 24.0 for reliability,validity and exploratory factor analysis,and some inappropriate items were deleted.The ACOS21.0 software was used for confirmatory factor analysis to verify the reliability of the evaluation system,and finally form the learning quality evaluation system of the MOOC course from the perspective of learning experience;Finally,the empirical study on the learning quality evaluation system of the MOOC course proposed in this paper was carried out,and the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation system were tested through practice.
