Massive open online courses(MOOC),brought a subversive innovation,like a digital tsunami,sweeping the entire education field,updating the concept of educating,optimizing the teaching methods,improving the quality of education and promoting education reform.With the rapid development of the online course,more and more institutions join the MOOC camp,platforms and number of courses increased rapidly and the major university teachers also do this.The question emerging with the sea of course is the difficult for course to meet the needs,and the learning experience lost for learners,and the increasing rate of school dropout and the decreasing rate of completion.All of problems inducing a deeply thought about the quality of the course,and if there is a criteria to evaluate the quality of course,and whether learners should be considered when evaluating.Further study indicated that there is relatively little research focusing on the evaluation of MOOC,and needless to say a set of evaluation system constructing from learners.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a set of MOOC curriculum evaluation index system based on the learner's learning experience.With the strongly relevant,it has an important significance for the future MOOC curriculum construction,optimization,sustainable development,and effective promotion of learners to participate in course learning that knowing the learner's needs and diagnosing the problems existing in the MOOC course from the learner's point.On the basis of analyzing the existing literatures,the author investigated the learning situation of learners and found the existing main problems.Then,combining with the characteristics of MOOC course and the theoretical elements of the learning experience,the MOOC curriculum evaluation index system was constructed.And then used Delphi method to filter and modify the index system weight,used AHP and expert sorting method to determine the index system weight.Finally the designed evaluation index system was conducted for the practical application research of MOOC curriculum evaluation.The article mainly contains four parts.First of all,the author reviewed the related evaluation researches on current MOOC courses and online courses through the literature method,and the existing indicator dimensions were sorted out and summarized.By merging similar and related items,cross-items and other methods,447 indicators were extracted and sorted,then the first-level dimension of MOOC curriculum quality evaluation was got which provided the basis for the evaluation index system on the learning experience curriculum.Secondly,the thesis defined related concepts and theoretical basis,summarized the characteristics of MOOC curriculum and the elements of learning experience.A questionnaire was designed to discover the existing problems in MOOC curriculum.On the basis of data-analysis using SPSS,the MOOC curriculum quality impact factors were identified and validated,including 8 dimensions which are curriculum architecture,course content,curriculum activities,learning support service,teaching evaluation,curriculum platform,emotional attitude and academic value,and then the model of MOOC curriculum evaluation index based on learning experience was constructed.Thirdly,according to the evaluation index model,the MOOC curriculum evaluation index was designed based on learning experience.In order to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the index,the repeated correction is carried out using two rounds of Delphi method,then the evaluation index system was determined in the end.AHP and expert sorting method were used to determine the weight of index at different levels,then a weighting factor questionnaire was designed.Yaahp software was used to check the consistency of first-level index data and the weight of first-level index was calculated.The second and the third level index weight were determined by the methods of expert sorting.Finally,the constructed evaluation system was applied to evaluate the MOOC course of Modern Educational Technology,which tested and verify the feasibility and operability of the system.In the evaluation,the subject and the object of the evaluation were described in detail,and the relevant evaluation data was collected from the questionnaire finished by learners.The data was used to provide constructive opinions on support service and course activities of MOOC course learning of Modern Educational Technology.
