The first question for education at the 2018 National Education Conference is what kind of people to train.This question shows how to train teachers and how to build a more talented personnel training system.In the process of physical education teachers' professional development,many foundations such as ability and knowledge are required.As the core knowledge of teachers 'professional development,PCK(discipline teaching knowledge)is an important content in teachers' knowledge exploration.In many countries,PCK(discipline teaching knowledge)has become an important indicator to measure teachers' professional and development level.This research includes four aspects: content organization,growth environment,influencing factors,and growth conditions of PCK for physical education teachers in Xuzhou.Using literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method,etc.to carry out research on PCK of primary and middle school physical education teachers in Xuzhou.Hope to discuss the knowledge base and promotion methods of Xuzhou middle school physical education teachers to learn to teach.Find the problems and shortcomings of PCK of physical education teachers in Xuzhou City,and make reasonable suggestions.Through research to achieve the purpose of effectively promoting the growth of physical education teachers' teaching professional,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The PCK of physical education teachers in elementary and middle schools in Xuzhou contains content knowledge,student knowledge,teaching knowledge and sensational knowledge.The interaction of these four dimensions together constitutes the independent characteristics of the physical education teacher's PCK ability to distinguish it from other subjects.2.The internal motivation of the PCK growth conditions of physical education teachers in elementary and middle schools in Xuzhou is professional identification,and the foundation of growth is teaching experience,and it is the professional platform support that plays an external auxiliary role.3.Physical education teachers in elementary and middle schools in Xuzhou are affected by the following factors: teaching years,teaching motivation and awards.However,gender,graduated colleges,education level and the school's chromatogram will not have a significant impact on PCK.4.In the growth environment of physical education teachers in elementary andmiddle schools in Xuzhou,the motivation of physical education teachers to grow is very important.At the same time,the guarantee conditions for the growth of PCK for primary and middle school physical education teachers in Xuzhou are still seriously inadequate.Most of the physical education teachers have not received support in terms of funding.In terms of time protection,the status qua of most physical education teachers in school is long,the amount of lessons per week is large,and the workload is large.This leads to insufficient development of the teaching profession.In response to the above conclusions,the research suggests:1.Physical education teachers in elementary and middle schools in Xuzhou should improve their ability to integrate content knowledge,student knowledge,teaching knowledge,and situational knowledge,and master the dynamic and layered characteristics of physical education teachers' PCK.2.Primary and middle school physical education teachers in Xuzhou actively participate in teaching competitions.First of all,I will continue to accumulate experience in the game.Second,reflect on their teaching ability.Only in this way can teachers' teaching ability be promoted.3.Emphasis should be put on the development of the Xuzhou primary and middle school physical education teacher teaching experience database.Organize Xuzhou education researchers,primary and secondary school teachers and professional sports teachers to cooperate closely.Establish a teaching database that meets the PCK characteristics of physical education.Use the teaching practice of professional teachers to develop the teaching ability of novice teachers.4.It provides a rich communication teaching practice and discussion platform for the growth of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Xuzhou.Strengthen the professional and professional recognition of physical education teachers.Promote the professional development motivation of primary and middle school physical education teachers.The paper has 3 figures,17 tables and 115 references.
