Research On Campus Culture In Chinese Universities From The Perspective Of “Double First-Class”

In October 2015,the state council promulgated the "overall plan for promoting the development of world-class universities and disciplines in a coordinated way",which clearly defines the guiding ideology,basic principles,overall goals and tasks for the construction of "Double First-Class" universities.The building of "Double First-Class" is a major strategic decision made by the CPC central committee and the state council.It is of great significance for improving China's education development,strengthening its core competitiveness and laying a foundation for its long-term development."Double First-Class" construction is the national "211 project" and "985 project" and "competitive discipline innovation platform" on the basis of the improvement,promotion and deepening,marking China's higher education into a new stage,is an important measure to realize the strategy of human resources and build a strong country in higher education.It is an effective way to promote the construction of campus culture by studying the construction of campus culture under the background of "Double First-Class",and it also provides a new direction for the construction of campus culture.The purpose of this study is to construct the path system of campus culture construction from the perspective of "Double First-Class".Firstly,the concept,function and relevant supporting theories of campus culture are sorted out.Secondly,combined with the common characteristics of the campus culture construction of world-class universities and "Double First-Class" universities in China,this paper clarifies the internal logical relationship between the construction of campus culture and "Double First-Class" universities,and concludes that the construction of "Double First-Class" universities in China needs to create first-class campus culture.Thirdly,this paper selects ten "Double First-Class" universities as the research object,compares and summarizes the construction pattern of campus culture from the aspects of campus material culture,spiritual culture,system culture,behavior culture and network culture,and analyzes the lack of campus culture construction in Chinese universities.Finally,based on the current situation of campus culture construction in China and combined with thepractice results of "Double First-Class" campus culture construction,this paper proposes six Suggestions for the construction of campus culture in China from the perspective of "Double First-Class" : planning the campus environment,optimizing the campus material culture;To cultivate university spirit and strengthen campus spiritual culture;Perfect the system mechanism,perfect the campus system culture;Enrich campus activities and practice campus behavior culture;Build network platform,innovate campus network culture;Strengthen cultural confidence and guide campus culture.
