"Scientific spirit" is the most basic and most vital key literacy among the four core literacy systems of the ideological and political discipline,and is the basic condition and premise for the realization of the other three core literacy.Therefore,the cultivation of students' scientific spirit has an important guarantee function for the realization of the ideological and political curriculum goals and the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality.As an innovative way of teaching reform in ideological and political disciplines,topical teaching has a teaching process that is highly consistent with the cultivation of scientific spirit.In view of this,this research attempts to use "issue-based teaching" as the starting point,and analyzes the practical dilemma of the teaching method in cultivating the scientific spirit through investigation and research,and attempts to explore an issue-based teaching strategy that can effectively improve the scientific literacy.This article studies the application of "issue-based teaching" in the cultivation of "scientific spirit" through four parts.The first part is a summary part,which introduces the research background of the text,the research status at home and abroad,as well as the research methods and innovations.The second part discusses the basic theories of "issue-based teaching" and "scientific spirit",including the interpretation of the concept of scientific spiritual literacy in high school ideological and political courses,clarifying the concept of scientific spirit in a broad sense and the concept of scientific spiritual literacy in high school ideological and political courses;Then outlines the theoretical basis and unique value of using "issue-based teaching" to cultivate the "scientific spirit" literacy.The third part investigates the problems existing in the cultivation of the scientific spirit by the topical teaching model and the status quo of the scientific spirit of students through the investigation of the topical teaching,and analyzes the constraints from the perspective of teaching construction,teacher teaching and student learning.The fourth part is aimed at the problems existing in the process of cultivating students' "scientific spirit" by "issue-based teaching".Based on the analysis of the problem,how to effectively use "issue-based teaching" to cultivate the "scientific spirit" Implementation Strategy.
