In the face of the fierce international competition in science and technology and the urgent need for innovation and development of the country,the report on the work of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that the "seven major strategies",including the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,the strategy of strengthening the country through human resources and the strategy of innovation-driven development,should be firmly implemented.To constantly improve and perfect China's scientific innovation system,speed up the construction of a powerful country in science and technology,and realize self-reliance and self-improvement in China's scientific,technological and economic development,we must cultivate citizens' scientific spirit and improve citizens' scientific spiritual literacy as the foundation.Talents are important strategic resources to promote national development.The key to scientific and technological progress and independent innovation is the cultivation of talents.In January 2018,the Ministry of Education approval issued by the "ordinary high school ideological and political course standard(2017 edition)" for the first time explicitly put forward the scientific spirit accomplishment,emphasize in the high school thought political lesson teaching of students in the cultivation of scientific spirit,through to the thought political lesson learning,guide students to form scientific political thinking,set up the correct scientific idea and advocate scientific spirit.To strengthen the construction of a great modern socialist country and realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we will reserve a strong force of innovative talents.This paper takes the cultivation of scientific spirit in high school ideological and political teaching as the research theme,and explores the strategies of cultivating scientific spirit in high school ideological and political teaching.On the basis of defining and pointing out the core content of the cultivation of high school students' scientific spirit,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of the cultivation of scientific spirit from three aspects: Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings,Marxist epistemology and humanistic concept of creation,It is clear that the cultivation of scientific spirit is of great significance for students to form a scientific world outlook and way of thinking,to improve teachers' scientific literacy,and to achieve the goal of core literacy of Ideological and political science.Through the use of questionnaire survey,interview method and other methods to investigate the current situation of the cultivation of scientific spirit in high school ideological and political class teaching,on the basis of the survey results,summed up the existence of the cultivation of scientific spirit in the current high school ideological and political class teaching: Is not obvious scientific spirit cultivating goal,not enough scientific spirit fosters content mining,scientific spirit cultivating method used is not flexible,the enthusiasm of the students' scientific spirit is not high,in view of the problems,sums up the professionalism of teachers' lack of training scientific spirit,the traditional teaching mode to ignore in the cultivation of scientific spirit,the students lack deep understanding of scientific spirit,There are four reasons for the lack of scientific teaching evaluation standards.And then put forward to enhance the students' scientific consciousness,improve the level of scientific understanding;Strengthen teacher education and training,improve teachers' scientific literacy;Innovating classroom teaching mode and actively practicing the cultivation of scientific spirit;Optimize the school teaching evaluation system,enhance the scientific spirit cultivation effect of four aspects of optimization strategy.In addition,by taking the first frame of the fourth lesson of "Economy and Society",the compulsory course of politics in high school,as an example,the cultivation of scientific spirit is applied to the teaching of ideological and political courses in high school,and the effective method of cultivation of scientific spirit is further reflected by showing the teaching practice process of this frame.
