In the Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017edition),it is proposed that scientific spirit should be regarded as one of the four core qualities of the ideological and political discipline,which is the basis for the cultivation of political identity,legal consciousness and public participation of senior high school students.Based on the investigation and interview results of some high schools in Henan Province,this paper conducts an investigation and research on the cultivation of high school students' scientific spirit.It finds out the main problems in the cultivation of high school students' scientific spirit,finds out the reasons for these problems,and then explores countermeasures to solve these problems.This paper mainly includes the following aspects: firstly,it analyzes and interprets the proposal,connotation,education goal and cultivation significance of scientific spirit,and makes a comparison with scientific spirit in other disciplines to find the differences and connections between them.It also explores the division of scientific spirit level and analyzes different levels of scientific spirit,which is helpful for teachers to distinguish and evaluate high school students' scientific spirit level.Secondly,on the basis of searching materials,questionnaires were designed for teachers and students,and surveys and interviews were conducted for some high school teachers and students in Henan Province.The results of the survey and interview are summarized,analyzed and summarized to understand the current situation of the cultivation of scientific spirit in high school ideological and political courses in Henan Province.Thirdly,in view of the main problems of cultivating the scientific spirit of senior high school students in theideological and political courses of Henan Province,the relevant countermeasures are put forward and discussed in detail.Finally,based on the relevant research on the scientific spirit,combined with the content of the new curriculum standards and new textbooks,the teaching design of the comprehensive inquiry course "Understanding scientific Thinking and Improving scientific Quality" was carried out to truly implement the cultivation of the scientific spirit of high school students in Henan Province.
