The phenomenon of school bullying has a long history.With the development of news media,more and more cases of school bullying have been reported,and the problem of school bullying has gradually attracted the attention of all sides of society.The frequent occurrence of school bullying behavior will seriously harm the development of students' physical and mental health.How to manage school bullying and help students correct school bullying behavior has become the focus of school,family and even society.There are some at home and abroad related research on bullying behavior management,but about team work in bullying behavior modification research is less,professional team work concept and intervention perspective for the study of bullying behavior problems,provide a new method by professional way to reduce the negative impact of bullying,to prevent and solve the problem of bullying.This study took M middle school in northern jiangxi province as the research object,conducted a study on the current situation of bullying in M middle school by using interview and observation,and found that bullying was serious in M middle school,In-depth study on the phenomenon of bullying,found that bullying behavior is not only a cognitive deviation problem,also related to the school,family and social environment,school bullying theme of the lack of specialized education,at the same time teachers in bullying happens more with lectures is given priority to,can't effectively help students to correct bullying behavior.To this end,the author M middle school campus bullies as team work in object,after a preliminary screening,determine the team members,combined with cognitive behavior theory and social learning theory,by utilizing the method of group work,on bullies bullying behavior modification group,and help them to know what is bullying,correct the wrong cognition,emotional control and ability to deal with problems,eventually correct campus bullying,reducing the occurrence of the M middle school bullying,in the practical study of bullying behavior intervention constantly improve group work methods and techniques.On this basis,this study puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions from the four aspects of individuals,schools,families and society to provide more theoretical support for the prevention and management of school bullying.
