The elementary and secondary school period is the key period for the formation of students' psychology and personality.At this stage,poor digestion of negative behaviors or negative emotions will have a negative impact on a person's life.In recent years,due to the development of online media,many incidents of campus bullying have been exposed to the public.The frequent occurrence of incidents of bullying in elementary and secondary schools has seriously affected students' campus learning and their lives,and has triggered widespread incidents of campus bullying in all sectors of society.Pay attention and think.School bullying is intensifying,and prevention of school bullying is on the agenda.Preventing bullying on campus and protecting elementary and middle school students from the dangers of bullying on campus are the common responsibility of each of our families,schools and society.The solution to the problem of bullying on campus is not only related to the healthy development of students,but also very important to the stability and development of the whole society significance.How to make students aware of bullying behaviors around them and deal with school bullying in the right way?How to make students vent in a reasonable way when they have negative emotions?How to deal with conflicts with classmates?This article attempts to effectively intervene in bullying behavior in primary school campuses through the intervention of group social work methods.This article takes the "I'm a Little Hero-Preventing Bullying in the Campus"project carried out by a social work service center in Shaanxi Province as an example,taking the students in grades 4,5 and 6 who participated in the activity as research objects,and adopting a questionnaire survey in social research methods,Interviews,observation methods,etc.,to understand the pupils'awareness of bullying in the school,based on this,design and develop a service project plan for the prevention of school bullying behaviors for pupils,and let the students recognize themselves by carrying out group social work practices Existing school bullying behaviors,recognize which behaviors should not happen in school,master the methods to handle their emotions correctly and how to cope with conflicts with their peers,help them improve their ability to prevent school bullying,hope the group Members can participate in joint prevention of bullying on campus.
