With the development of society and the continuous acceleration of teaching reform,the problem of students' physical and mental health has been paid more and more attention by all walks of life.Middle school period is an important period of individual development,learning as the main part of the life of middle school students,examination as an important source of stress for students,inevitably affect the psychological and physiological of students.The existing research shows that the psychological problems of examination have become the most prominent psychological problems of middle school students,and the anxiety of examination is the most significant among the psychological problems of examination.Test anxiety is very common in the study life of middle school students.This negative emotion not only affects students' scores,but also may affect students' physical and mental health and personality integrity.Examination Considering the heavy academic burden of middle school students and their lack of dealing with negative emotions,this study decided to focus on the test anxiety of junior high school students.Through consulting the relevant literature,it is found that scholars have more research results on the current situation,influencing factors and coping methods of middle school students' test anxiety,there are many specific operation methods to relieve anxiety,and there are less research on case intervention.Therefore,this study selected junior high school students in Ji'an area as the object of service by using literature method,interview method and scale test method.In order to alleviate the anxiety of the test,case study was conducted.The case work focused on solving the current problems encountered by the victim,relieving his test anxiety and improving his physical and mental health.Through the research,it is found that there are many reasons for the anxiety of junior high school students in the examination,which can be divided into these categories: the incorrect understanding of the examination,the lack of self-confidence,the fatigue before the examination,and the occasional events on the spot.According to the psychological characteristics of junior high school students,there are usually four kinds of mentality: anxiety,impetuous mentality;easily excited mentality;eager to communicate mentality;conservative mentality.Through the use of traditional Taoist culture as the background of Jinyun meditation therapy to intervene in the victim,so that the victim's thinking,emotion,behavior more adaptive in order toachieve a harmonious state between the individual and himself,others and society.Through this model of case service,some experiences and shortcomings are summarized for the anxiety of social work intervention examination.
